Dungeonland are 5 star and only let down by their delivery agent, who just abandoned the parcels at the property in full sight of passers by, also my neighbours are very good and would have taken in the parcel if parcel force had asked.

I've made numerous orders from Dungeonland over the last couple of years, and without exception they've delivered extremely quickly, packed my items exceedingly securely, and have provided excellent customer service. Any queries I've had were answered quickly and professionally. They also provide a loyalty scheme, and a fantastic Discord server to allow customers to engage directly with them, so they've managed to build up a lovely community of customers. I've made a decent few orders at this point, all of them have been packaged very well and with care. Mark and Andy are more than happy to respond to questions on their discord server and are very much proactive with information about what deliveries they are getting and when.

I can safely say they have a customer for life, but considering how much I've spent on my collection over the last few months I can guarantee that I'll be taking a bit of a break at least for now!

Fast delivery with loyalty scheme available. As a member of the "Bits and Mortar" scheme, all of my books came with free PDF copies, which is a big bonus for me!

I've ordered multiple times from them and I've had good experiences with Dungeonland. They stock books you can't find elsewhere, and you always get a well packaged product with prompt delivery. The delivery is a bit pricy but you get good service for it.
