Scummy company working for even scummier estate agents! Thieves

More than half customer rejected on system useless

I’m expecting a refund from Duologi through Nectar and I have not received it
I have waited 16 days
Not exceptable

Was very quick and efficient, very pleased with the experience.

Spoke to the most incompetent person on the phone called Rachel who laughed at me when I queried her response and then put the phone down on me. Worst customer service. AVOID and do not sell with Purplebricks who use these.

Be careful as they are conning customers into impossible deals. Twisting and manipulating together with Yopa pretending agent has left the company and did not pass relevant information to them. Avoid at all costs. Don't believe anything they say. Don't communicate with them over the phone. Have everything in an email do they can't deny anything at a later stage.

Duologi made it very easy for me to buy my new laptop. I had the money to buy outright but it would have made things very tight for me. Now spread into 6 payments interest free.

I asked for them to bring my payments forward, which they did. Good communication. Smooth set up, two payments down, four to go!

The installer arrived on time. A Very nice Gentleman. He was here for just over an hour. My new shower was installed with out any problems. He explained how everything was working. He packaged up the previous shower, cardboard etc . No damage to the tiles and everything clean neat and tidy.
