Have used parkers for bulbs and occasionally plants for 20 years.
This year I ordered a large amount of thyme, all of which was old, woody and cut down, I complained and they refused to do anything about it. The heucheras were ok and the rest of the plants were scheduled for delivery in mid August. It's now mid October and finally they tell me they are going to be delivered while I'm on holiday. Further issues trying to cancel everything and get my money back. Not happy at all!

I have been a customer of J Parkers for over 40 yrs i order plants and bulbs every year from them. This year the delivery has been so bad that i have cancelled futher orders placed. Their loyalty to Evri is costing them i won't be using them to order anymore live plants till they change their courier or give us another option. Every live plant delivery 5 in total this year had issues from not able to deliver because they needed a van to all packages so badly handled packaging and plants damaged.

My pachysandra plants arrived yesterday. All 33, perfect plants, big, healthy, glossy foliage and well developed root systems. I'm over the moon with them. In my experience Parkers plants are amazing value for money and healthy. Every spring I have stunning candelabra primula that grew from 5cm plants. Although sometimes the time waiting for deliveries leaves a lot to be desired.

Never had the products delivered as using a carrier that can not deliver in office hours . Have used Parkers for years but never again as order keeps being returned as delivering Fridays after 5pm.

Shocking experience with this company. I ordered hydrangea paniculatas. When they finally arrived they were in a shocking condition, brown deseased leaves, leggy thin stems .I contacted with photos and it has taken 3 weeks to receive a reply. Saying plants are dormant this time of year, if they don't flourish by next spring, to return them for a refund or replacement. I wanted to add photos here but doesn't seem to be able to

I would not use this company again. I ordered three 90 mill pots of luxury mix heuchera in the beginning of September they arrived on the 2nd October they do say in the advert 28 days so I can't argue about that. But when they arrived they were small plants in 50 mill pots so they were obviously a younger plant to what I ordered. I wanted more established plants to get through winter

Delivered ontime. Well packaged and good quality.

Delivery was as expected. As the delivery was SPRING BULBS, I won’t be able to comment on the quality until next year!

A very good firm to deal with. Their bulbs are first class and plants I have purchased over the years have been very good

I've always ordered off JParker but this order the plants arrived dead.
They were black and wilted, so called customer services and got no answer, went onto website and filled in my customer order, issue and order number.
A month later I still have had no response
So I will no longer order from them.
These means my £200 a time orders, will go elsewhere
Terrible customer service

So I responded to the reviews email and still got no response
So I have given an even lower score
Avoid this company, they used to be good but quality is now terrible

Yet again Parker’s have delivered 300 violas all in excellent condition well grown and not a single damaged plant have been and will continue to to be a very satisfied customer here’s to the next 20 years of my patronage 👌👌👌

Easy to order, delivered as promised, good bulbs.
