Thank you
I have Fybromyalgia and the DXT2 mouse is the only mouse I can use without serious pain. I'm hugely grateful for this mouse and have been using it consistently for a good number of years.
However the wires of this mouse are subject to wear and have twice failed on me in the same place (entry point of wire into mouse). The second time this happened, I contacted dxtmouse (after unsuccessfully raising it with the supplier I purchased it through) and although the mouse was out of warranty, they asked me to post it to them and sent it back fully repaired. Thank you, Dxtmouse!
PS: As someone who was brought up to do simple wiring repairs such as this myself, I would still love to know how to open the mouse (as all attempts to do it ourselves were unsuccessful).
