We were so happy with our beautiful, bespoke oak table top we ordered from Earthy Timber. The craftsmanship is stunning, and the finished piece exceeded our expectations. I must say, the customer service was impeccable from start to finish. Anna and Adam were incredibly attentive throughout the process and made the whole experience feel personal and seamless. They even delivered it themselves, which was such a lovely touch! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Earthy Timber to anyone looking for a truly special, high-quality piece.

I started my quest for a new dining room table in the middle of last year and found Earthy Timber. It appealed for many reasons, not least because it was a small company and used sustainable wood.

Right from the outset Anna was super helpful with quotes, advice on sizing and thickness and leg design etc. I finally settled on an order and Anna gave me a lead time.

It was spot on. Table arrived dead on and it was delivered and assembled in person in my living room. It’s absolutely beautiful and everything that I wanted. It looks stunning in my living room. I also had the special coating which means that it doesn’t fade in the sun or scratch easily, making it a very versatile dining table … especially with three cats who instantly insisted on inspecting it!

I would highly recommend Earthy Timber if you are looking for something a bit special. The whole process was super smooth and the craftsmanship is top quality. I love my table!

When we redesigned out kitchen, I knew I had to get the worktops just right as they can really make or break how a kitchen looks. I loved the look of Earthy Timber's projects and knew they could provide just the look I was after. Anna was incredibly helpful from the beginning, listening to my ideas and helping me with the order itself, and Adam chose the wood carefully based on what we wanted.
The worktops were delivered by Anna and Adam themselves which was a wonderfully personal touch. We so enjoyed meeting them and they spent a while with us talking through each piece, giving us us tips on installing them and keeping them in optimum condition.
I cannot fault Earthy Timber - from their friendly and helpful customer care and delivery to the stunning products themselves. They are worth every penny.

Constant communication by WhatsApp after initial email quotation. The work is beautiful and the bespoke measurements exactly as ordered. Delivery exactly on time as communicated. I was asked to provide a ‘strong man’ to help unload but tbh you don’t need to be that strong to lift the other end of a table top / worktop. It was very straight forward.

We are extremely happy with the walnut breakfast bar top that Earthy Timber created for us. It is stunning and forms the focal point for our open plan kitchen-living room conversion. We used a former base unit that was previously attached to a wall (which we removed) separating the kitchen from the living room. We provided a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions to Anna at Earthy Timber and Adam created exactly what we wanted, with a living edge plus naturally rounded end at one end. It is truly beautiful. Communication with Anna was great throughout and it was lovely to meet both Anna and Adam when they delivered the breakfast bar top to us. Thank you both again very much. I just received the wood which I ordered. I wanted it for a desk, that will be stylish, strong and comfortable. I did expected it to look good and be good quality but after I had it delivered I was impressed of how beautiful it was. Obviously it was heavy, very good quality, looked very attractive and it felt luxurious. I love it. The customer service is beyond impressive. I had emails and texts with updates and pictures while my desk was in process. On the day of delivery, the owner, Anna, told me when it will be delivered, with updates every step of the way. She delivered it in person with her assistant and that personal touch to me it felt as if I was the only person on the planet. She is one of the most polite, kind, caring and helpful person ever I've met. I love my wooden desk and I will billion percent recommend their services. I also definitely use them myself again. I had been looking for some wooden worktops to finish off our newly renovated bathrooms, when I stumbled across Earthy Timber. From the get go, they have been amazing. I recently purchased some window boards from earthy timber.

I spent quite a long time looking at companies to order from then I come across earthy timber. From looking at their website I was full of hope I would soon have some nice window boards that are of a premium quality compared to the usual mdf boards.

After 3 months anna and Adam personally delivered my pieces. What they supplied to me went well above and beyond what I had expected, they are incredible and have transformed our property.

It was also apparent that these guys take real pride in their work and genuinely are about the customers and the product their investing into, they even supplied me some varnish so I could apply it after cutting my boards (this wasn't requested, they just went out their way to do this upton delivery)

I would recommend these guys to anyone and I will be ordering other pieces in the future and look forward to seeing the results

We recently used procured Earthy Timber to create a feature top to our kitchen island. After a lot of research and contacting a number of companies we chose them, they came across really professional, answered all my questions and Anna was really patient with me. They weren’t the cheapest in the market but this gave me confidence in quality workmanship. (You buy cheap, you buy twice as they say)
We chose a walnut piece with river effect and their custom waterproof finish.

I made the fatal error of miscalculating the size I needed (forgot about the fronts and end panels) and they had already chosen and cut my piece to size. This could’ve been a very costly mistake. Thankfully they were able to find another buyer for this piece and source me another. They could’ve easily charged me for this but chose not to. Another great example of their service.

When delivery arrived, we were very excited and they delivered it outside of working hours, going the extra mile. The piece is stunning! I got quite emotional once it was in place and it has made our kitchen. The grains are so beautiful and the finish is top drawer. I chose to self fit it, so they left me with fixings and recommend how best to fix it based on my type of cabinets.

I can’t stop looking at it. We are so pleased with every part of this journey we’ve had with Earthy Timber. Put your trust in them, you won’t be disappointed!
