I am happy with the carpets I received from the company they are good quality, very helpful when I have questions I highly recommend using this company

Fantastic, had Living room, Hallway and Bedroom done, me thinking it would be an all day job was done in 2 and half hours and had a cracking laugh with the fitters, Highly recommend! Cheers!

Issues after issues I will never use this company again I will not be telling anyone else to use this company the communication between each other on this company is beyond poor its took me from about 2 months to finally have my flooring fitted issues with the measurements not done right issues with the guy didnt bother to check to see if the laminate will fit under the door then more issues with when the guy that laid the vinyl would come bk to finish the rest just terrible never again its took absolutely weeks for this job to be finished all it was is the landing

Great flooring from easipay, kept up to date with everything right through however the fitting from the fitter was atrocious, there is lumps, bumps and dents everywhere because he refused to put underlay under the vinyl which should have been done as its solid concrete flooring underneath needed it, looked amazing after they left until I saw stones poking through the flooring in 3 places so I have multiple tiny stone rips in it, multiple issues with it so I contacted the fitter later that day for him to correct it but he said it wasn't his job it was mine to fix, so 5 starts for the company ***** but half star for the fitter

Saved me alot of worry being able to pay weekly carpet is good quality and fitters were professional and quick

Easy process from start to finish, love my new carpet and will definitely be using again

I had my 2 rooms and hall done with vinyl. I am absolutely made up with it. Brilliant service. They message you all the time keep you informed which is brilliant. I can pay monthly for it all as well which suits my budget. Would definately recomend this company 😄👍

Wish the fitters had taken their rubbish with them though... a LOT to clean up afterwards!

I am extremely happy with my flooring, such a great company.
The whole process from start to finish was made easy for me as someone who struggles with anxiety.
My fitter, mani was amazing, respectful and rang me 15 minutes before his arrival and also cleaned up everything after the floor was done.
Would highly recommend this company 🙂

Fantastic company. Afforable and reliable. Had all my carpets done by this company would 100 % recommend to family and friends! The 2 guys what fitted my carpets did an amazing job and was very polite and professional.

I contact easypay and the customer service over the phone was fab. The lovely man I’m sos sorry I have forgotten his name was so nice and chatty waited a couple of weeks and yesterday my new carpet came and I love it the guys who fitted it were again lovely job well done couldn’t recommend enough my neighbour even asked what I was having done and I said new carpet with easypay so happy

I haven't even had my flooring fitted yet but I'm not overly impressed. The guy who came to quote said after your first payment its around 7 days after that fitting will happen. That was a lie, I still haven't even been given a date for fitting and he came and quoted and deposit was paid24/09. I've made my first payment 28/09 fitting is supposed to be end of Oct with no communication when! I've called them and they say 'fitters will be in touch'. Massively regretting getting flooring from here already.

On response to your reply, everything you have written is inaccurate. We are not due fitting today. The last email was sent 29/09 (September) by yourself with still no date confirmed for fitting. Just its booked and the fitters will be in touch (which they haven't been) your responsive is very misleading. And has now raised even further concern about what is going on with my flooring!
