The 4 stars is based on easy-breaks reviews (and a recent consumer apology!)
Unfortunately there seem to be a few easy break-type names.
In Australia there is an easybreaks.com.au which in my experience deserves ONE STAR,for actually responding (albeit negatively)to any complaints.
No website provision for reviews there is a bad start.
Then there's the unsolicited phone salesperson that
offers 7 nights OS resort free so you buy a package,but then when you go to use the pack the
5 or 6 demographic and sales session preconditions are thrust at you. No truth in sales representations with the Aust company. Avoid. Looks like stick with the UK version.

I recently wrote quite a negative review of Easy Breaks. However there are 2 Easy Breaks: Easy-Breaks.com and EasyBreaks.com. Soo I sincerely apologise to Easy-Breaks.com (and Matilda who alerted me to this! I know nothing about them but if i go to Scotland, I WILL be sure to look them up!!! Booked various breaks over the years all value for money had grt time but just been charged £5.36 on my mobile trying to book again but no available dates to suit your 0843 booking line is premium rate on brochure with no warning . Shame that spoils it won’t be using in the future Ange Mcc

We booked a 3 night break at new year at Carnoustie Golf Hotel back in August paying the full payment, Insurance and booking fee for the 4 of us. We received emails from the hotel regarding booking for meals and believed everything was fine. On the Thursday 20th December at 17.10 we received a call from Easy Breaks saying that the hotel was not fulfilling our contract and the best thing we could do was call the hotel and see if we could book ourselves.
We called the hotel who could not be nicer and said they would accept our booking at a lesser price than what we paid Easy Breaks back in August, but we would have to pay the money up front, therefore we had paid the money twice for a booking and at a really expensive time of year.
I received no help from the team at Easy Breaks and was advised they didn't have a proper complaints team as no one ever complains, my argument was I made 3 calls with an expression of dissatisfaction but no complaint has been logged that is why they don't have to deal with complaints.
I would suggest that no one ever uses this company as they don't understand the meaning of a contract, when you pay the money to the company your contract is with that company and not a third party which they have had a disagreement with.

Only to find out that the vouches can only be used at a few listed hotels out of many listed, then they inflate prices to make money,
Eg. rang hotel price quoted by hotel $1900
Easy Breaks quote with 2 for 1 voucher $2400

Service provided was excellent would have no concerns recommending easybreaks to friends and family.

Online site comprehensive and easy to follow. Once you have entered your dates the rest is done for you. No problem booking your choice of hotel and paying for your holiday break. It was easy.

Have used Easybreaks quite a few times and the telephone operaters are always very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Nothing is any bother to them!

I booked a New year break with a young man called Ross he was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to .In all honesty I cannot review easybreaks as a company as I have not been on my trip but my first encounter with booking with Ross was excellent come back to me after my holiday and I will review you as a company

Booking with Andrew at easy-breaks lived up to its 'easy' name! He was pleasant, helpful, quick and, above all, he had an old-fashioned politeness that was altogether refreshing.
