Company stopped making the clip on frames for the glasses I bought <1 year after I purchased them and makes no alternatives long term. Entire reason I purchased the glasses, so quite disappointed with the experience. The glasses themselves are quite flimsy as well, likely due to the eco friendly aspect, which was fine given the benefit of the clip-ons for me, though that is now moot. Will never be buying from them again.

I've owned 4 pairs of ECO EYE WEAR 2 of which I still use. I have been wearing high end eyeglasses for 18 years and never dealt with a company as Solid as ECO BY MODO EYEWEAR. They only deal with eyeglass stores directly through authorized dealers.For the first time I called a customer support line and explained my issue and within 3 days from one phone call my issue was resolved. Not only the high quality of the product. But they are so light in weight I often check and feel to make sure they're on my face.I've never had a problem with eyewear needing any adjustments and the strength of the magnets for clip on sunglasses is stronger than any other company I have dealt with in the past.To make you feel better they plant a tree for each pair sold.Taking it even further they supply glasses to families that can't afford them giving millions of families the ability to be able to see who otherwise couldn't without their help. They also give you packaging to send your old pair back to recycle them for new frames. There customer support was the best of any experience I've had with any manufacturer of goods.The eyeglass cases the give you are made from 100% recycled material. So high quality, Eco friendly and helping families who otherwise couldn't afford eyeglasses without their contributions. Keep up supporting our neighbors who need your help as well as manufacturing a quality product with the most stylish designs.BTW the representative I spoke with was a real professional and extremely kind. Keep up the good work and all you folks out there needing eyewear think about the benefits of purchasing ECO BY MODO you'll be helping more than just yourself.

Bought 2 pairs of glasses in July from livingston branch which has now disappeared- found another branch other side of Glasgow, contacted ecoeyes on facebook and they advised to go there for a repair. So I went twice, once at weekend and once during week, on both occassions shut. Contacted ecoeyes again asking for opening hours, have been another twice and still no one there. Asked security guard today for shopping centre- he said been closed all week. Tried to call advertised numbers, cant get an answer to to my call. Facebook closed now so suspect they are going under, absolutely fuming, please, if you are considering buying, go elsewhere.

Support is useless. They don't answer emails!

Useful monitor to give us a visible indication when our PV system is generating excess power so we can make the best of what it provides. Simple to set up & works well. Although getting the information onto a PC for a more detailed analysis is a bit "clunky" it works OK on Windows at least (the software does'nt seem to work on the very latest Mac's). The USB connection only provides real- time monitoring, historical download is via a specially formatted SD/MMC card. Still at least does'nt need internet connection and a smartphone which all the competitors seem to require.

We have used Eco-Eye's energy use monitors for many years and been extremely pleased with the simple set up and screen display, clearly showing in current time when energy use has increased. Time, cost and usage is clearly displayed, and history
is also available. Using the Eco-Eye Mini it is very easy to identify energy use by individual equipment wired directly to the fuse box, by turning everything off and reconnecting each item separately.
We have also had the Plug In Eco~Eye monitor for some years, and this is invaluable in checking individual appliance's energy usage over a period, by placing the monitor between the appliance and the socket.
After many years, we recently had a problem with the Mini. The company staff are working from home because of the lockdown, but they provided a very quick and clear troubleshooting reply, and everything is now running smoothly again.
Cannot recommend the company and the product highly enough.
And it is Made in England.
