Simon came today to fit two lovely new doors. We are extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend the company and product used. We were very impressed with the way Simon carried out the job; excellent workmanship and found him to be very professional throughout, demonstrating high levels of expertise. Sincere thanks.

From Oliver coming to assist and advise us in the drawing up of plans to build new rear sunroom and front door enclosed porch, the quality of workmanship of the builders who constructed an extended sunroom base to Anthony and crew who worked like Trojans to build for us an excellent sunroom and porch. All of the work was overseen by Ceri, the owner who kept us up-dated and was very involved. I would recommend Ceri's company for all glazing constructions. Buy with confidence.

We had a new eco glaze conservatory fitted , Anthony and Ken did a great job, I must say they are really good grafters, hardly stopping all day long, the workmanship is second to none, very impressive. The weather wasn’t great the first day but they battled on.
They were very polite, well mannered and very helpful if we were not sure of something, they left the place spotless before leaving. Great job lads , Thanks very much.

Had two fitters install my new bay windows yesterday, Dylan and Liam done an excellent job and left the place immaculate.

Paid £800 more than other quotes for a window which I needed fitted quickly without fuss and hoping for good customer care, unfortunately they booked me in on a day and cancelled the morning of citing ‘someone rang in sick’ they promised to call back within the hour but failed to do so, I had to call them twice the following day, to try to get hold with the installations manager who kept palming me off, Not the first time they have made mistakes, ordered a tilt and turn window and ended up with side openers two years ago! Shambles Really disappointed!

Really pleased with ECOGlaze once again. Anthony and Ken did excellent work, come sun and lots of rain, in fitting both the patio doors and the pergola.
Simply can not fault them and they left the place spotless. Brilliant.

We are having a new conservetory roof installed. Anthony rang me on a sunday afternoon to say they would be starting about 7.30 in the morning. They were outside around 7.05 and knockung door 7.15 (good start). Anthony and Kai (Ken) worked all day until early evening without a break (all be it quite a few cups of tea) and ensured the new roof was installed to the highest standard. Eco have 2 guys working for them who really need a medal. Thanks boys. Lets hope the next guys are as good as this pair.

The quality of the workmanship is excellent and everything was completed to a high standard. Anthony and his team we're arrived on time were polite kept the area clean and all was tidy at the end of each day.The final result has made a huge difference to our home and we would highly recommend ECOGlaze to anyone 😃

Windows appear to be of good quality ! However all plaster work around the windows has cracked already !
The customer service is the BIG issue it is very poor ! 2 damaged carpets where no covers were placed over to protect ! They stated they would have them professionally cleaned ! Continue to chase owner for updates and time scales for clean but doesn’t answer we now have 2 ruined carpets ! Highly disappointed with customer service! Have not been issued any paper work to substantiate the warranty or anything - very disappointing as the initial experience /meeting was great and professional ! Feel let down as the two carpets can not be saved by a clean, I have to replace them at a significant cost !

Very pleased with the Ecoglaze window that we had fitted this morning. Everything was well organised from the first visit by a rep, to the installation by Simon. We were kept informed at all stages. Simon worked very quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Payment was organised efficiently after the job was completed. Would definitely recommend and use the company again.

Well priced good quality windows and doors. Sales staff were friendly and knowledgeable about their products. They kept us up to date and were not at all pushy. The fitter was very professional and efficient, doing an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and explained what he had done in a clear manner.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the work Ecoglaze have done for us. They’ve completely transformed what was once an unusable, cold and damp conservatory with a damaged plastic roof into a warm, cosy and genuinely stylish extension of our living room. It’s now a space we actually enjoy spending time in all year round.
We also had several windows replaced, along with a new back door. Everything was fitted quickly and without any issues. The difference the new back door has made is incredible, it’s completely stopped the draught that used to come through into the kitchen, and the house already feels warmer and more comfortable.
From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and happy to go the extra mile to make sure everything was just right.

Very professional work achieved by Lewis and Rory installing windows and a door. Explained each step they were taking. Efficient job. Left the house very tidy. Had two fitters for my windows today 19/1/26 Rory and Liam from Ecoglaze who were very respective of me and my property. They fitted 5 windows and French doors removing the old garage door for me as well as the windows removed. Also cleaned up after themselves as they went including my outside. Very please with the efficient service the brothers provided today. Windows look fabulous too

Ecoglaze redid all our windows plus 2 doors. Initially we were positive but my wife and I were worried about the process as it is a big and expensive undertaking that can have huge impact on the property if not done right and we would not be even able to tell if it was done wrong until it's too late. However, we were very happy with the windows and found immediate difference in the noise levels and heat retention of the property.

There were, however, multiple small visual issues where the beading was not cut straight which led to gaps that were sloppily covered as well as scratches on a few of the glass panels. We called the company and they took accountability for the scratches and the visual issues and sent the installers to correct that, however, I feel the second time, the job was rushed and made more issues than it solved, so we had to have remedial action and then yet again but by a different person as we felt we were not getting the standards that we wanted. Eventually everything was done good and we're happy but we believe the process did not need to go through the extra remedial actions. 4 stars for the work overall and I would recommend the company as they were great with communication and their approach to the situation
