eDecks we're the only supplier I could find of the 95mm wooden decking boards to match my existing decking. Online they advertised it as reject/seconds. I gave it a go and when delivered it was perfect. No wastage at all.

Excellent fence panels really well made, had to cut a couple to fit my walls and everything stayed well intact, my experience of cutting normal panels, is as soon as you try to alter them the fall apart. The delivery driver was excellent jovial, friendly, and very accommodating. Alround a great experience

Bought reject boards and they were reject did not expect them to be so warped

I was looking for a supplier for my decking project. It was actually AI that recommended eDecks. It’s hard to find a good supplier as there are so many. eDecks had the balboa hardwood decking I wanted at a really good price. I needed a specific delivery date as I was going on holiday, eDecks were happy to oblige. I just called the customer service line, got straight through and it was sorted. Delivery was perfect with a friendly chap unloading all the timber onto my drive with no complaint. The timber itself is top quality and should make an amazing deck. Top marks all round.

The order was delivered very late and only once I called to enquire over it, having not been notified of any dispatch details up to that point. It then arrived in parts over two days instead of in one drop, resulting in several more calls and some excuse being offered about the driver having loaded his truck awkwardly so couldn’t offload everything. The deck order was incomplete and short of boards the fence panels were not from the same batch and had colour variations across the quantity received. They also took payment 3 times in error which I then had to wait an extended period of time for these to be refunded. Product is ok, but does not exceed anything that competitors could provide and frankly not worth the difficulty chasing it and suffering the lack lustre customer service.

The wood was straight, the delivery was early and quiet, the driver checked everything before leaving. Excellent quality timber.

Recently ordered a 3-step riser which came with the decking boards, bolts, screws,hangers etc. Couldn't fault the service, instructions were spot and the Comms regarding deliveries was efficient. My only gripe (and definitely not enough to take away a star) was that one of my risers and one of the decking boards had areas where the knot of the timber had broken away. Definitely not done on purpose, but perhaps if someone looked at the timber before it was sent out would have spotted this as part of a QA process. Order ID 553732

Aside from this the service mentioned previously above sounds simple, many companies fail at these basics which E Decks appears to do very well. Will more than likely be ordering all my decking from them going forward. Thank you

Well I made an order and was over £300 which entitled me to the free gift. My custom Oder came from one of their suppliers and the free gift should have been sent by eroofs but nothing has arrived won’t be using them again my order was wrong and no free goft

Ordered replacement decking for sections that had rotted due to a small leak from under my hot tub which went unnoticed for years. Also I replace some of the Newall posts as they had rotted due to water seepage through the lower bolts. Original decking built in 2011.
Easy to select and order. Very helpful staff. Fast delivery. PS the hot tub has also gone. Expensive toy....
