Yes, a store with a great range of excellent bikes for sale. But for me, it's the staff that make the experience. I've found all attentive, interested and knowledgeable. Not just when buying, but across the board - servicing aspects, troubleshooting issues and advice on buying the must have bike accessory. Keep up the good work guys.

Excellent help and advice from James as I tried to make a decision on which E-bike.

Took ages for a reply. Asked twice if my size could be changed only to be told not in stock now and not on back order.

Ended up going to eBay and got better option for less. Loved using Bike Coop when I lived in Edinburgh but customer experience on digital front is woeful.

I had an issue with my bike and it required a particular bike part and they understood the issue and had the parts I needed in stock. I have gone to a couple of bike shops and their advice to me was to look on amazon. What's the point of having a physical store. Luckily Edinburgh Cycles does. As for the others, I would not visit them again as they are no longer bike specialists, just a front to sell online.

Straightforward purchase. They were very helpful in accommodating a delivery date that suited me. Bike is fantastic, very pleased

I had a problem with a part that I had ordered which could not be fitted by me, but was not the shop's fault. The manager, and the other staff I dealt with were always friendly and courteous. A pleasure to deal with.
