Don't bother. 3 days later and still no email response. Their WhatsApp chat help desk doesn't work. Their Calendly link is broken. Sat on the phone for 15 minutes then they disconnected the call on hold.

I wasn’t disappointed at all. All services were scheduled with clear timelines and delivered on time or even earlier. We were recently approached with a project that required reviewing case studies, identifying themes, and drawing conclusions — tasks that fall under authorship as defined by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) guidelines. In line with these standards, we declined the project.
While we understand this may have caused disappointment, protecting the integrity of research and authorship is central to the trust our clients place in us.
Our commitment remains clear: to provide transparent, high-quality, and ethical editorial support to the global research community.
Very disappointing experience – will never use again
This was my first time using Editage, and it will also be my last. The quality of the editing was unacceptable: there were still spelling and punctuation errors, terminology was inconsistent, and the formatting was not done according to my instructions. I expected a polished document, but instead I had to spend more time fixing their mistakes.
On top of that, customer support was inconsistent—sometimes unhelpful, and at times even rude and hostile depending on who handled my query. For a service that positions itself as professional, this is simply not acceptable.
I strongly advise others not to waste their time or money here. There are better alternatives that will respect both your work and you as a client.
