The Eduonix platform is providing tech based courses for beginners to professional. I have enrolled myself in many courses and learned alot from them

I first learned of Eduonix through Udemy. I had bought some courses (not necessarily Eduonix) on title alone, without having listened to the sample videos and some were absolutely terrible. The one instructor I associate with Eduonix I like though, and he’s very well-versed in the topics I’m interested in, so I bought a lifetime membership over the summer. Fast forward, I start receiving emails from Eduonix asking what I’m waiting for and why I haven’t signed up for a lifetime membership yet. I’ve reached out for clarification several times and received no response whatsoever. Maybe the membership levels are confusing, maybe it’s a bug on the website, but one thing is sure: Eduonix has has exceptionally bad bad customer support. Absolutely would not recommend.

To address the vapid/tone-deaf reply, my issue clearly was not the emails themselves but whether or not I received what I paid for. It's not clear from the website, since it says I have no lifetime memberships, nor are the membership levels clearly stated. Add to that the fact that I received absolutely no response whatsoever from Eduonix after multiple inquiries.

I'm yet to be a member of this website. I was trying to understand the subscription plan and it is so confusing that I gave up. There is no easy way to talk to someone about the plans and this rings a bell that this could be a scam. When any business tries to hide their customer service, definitely something wrong over there.

Your reply says you have chat options. Everytime I login to your site, it says, we are offline and ask me to leave a message which I did but in vain.

No puedo comentar sobre la calidad del sitio y los cursos dictados, ya que luego de adquirir un curso de materclass de ChatGPT via Kickstarter, nunca recibí el acceso a mi curso. Luego de enviar mas de 8 mails al support, no respondieron jamas ninguno.
Luego de esta experiencia, no volveré a adquirir otro curso en esta platarforma.

I purchased an E-Degree, but had difficulty in mapping courses with E-Degree. The Support Executive was not only having very well knowledge but also patient enough to guide me to resolution.

I could get immediate assistance to my issue with support executive Mr Abhishek. He is very knowledgeable and helped me immediately to resolve the issue. Thanks indeed.

I m new here. I want to learn Microsoft excel, word & power point certificate course in future. I think that I have selected a best one..
Eduonix will be a good platform who want their certificated courses in online which help them in their carrier definitely.

Their "lifetime" enrollment does not include any of the certificate programs. For those uncertified programs, they want you to pay extra. The website is unclear about exactly what you get with lifetime membership. Their cancelation policy is confusing and I was told that even with less than 7 days, it's completely non-refundable. They should not be allowed to advertise on LinkedIn. It's a SCAM.

Eduonix is one of the best learning platforms..and the technical support is really cool and co-operative

It is a ridiculously slow platform, even just loading up the course that you have already enrolled in! The course itself is OK -its a shame the authors didn't host it on one of the alternative better/easier to use/faster platforms!
There are a few other minor things that could be improved in the platform- but until the speed is enhanced they are not worth mentioning.

Their security courses lifetime package was presented like it was a full catalog lifetime package, and nowhere to get refunds (another review said they don't offer it, although there was a 7-day money back mentioned).

Clear and valuable training material. Excellently bundled learning paths. Recommended.

I recently purchased the lifetime subscription at $299. I read the Terms and Conditions before making payment, it states: 'Refund and Cancellation:
We have a 30 days refund policy. You can ask for refund within 30 days of your purchase. We have a no question asked refund policy. We process all refund requests within 2 business days.'. I proceeded to make payment based on these terms and conditions. I have sent numerous emails and have even tried chatting to support. According to support, they do not offer refunds on LifeTime memberships and I was advised to review the 'F.A.Q.' section. They are now refusing to refund me, even though it has been less than 14 working days, and less than 30 days. How can someone be happy with a platform that is not performing basic tasks such as nulling all courses and that state in their terms and conditions that there is a 30 days no questions asked refund?

I cannot understand why the 'Terms and Conditions', prior to purchase (which they make you agree to before making payment), do not update to the correct version of terms and conditions applied to the product you are purchasing? Basically they can choose which 'Terms and Conditions' apply and there is no clarity of which product which 'Terms and Conditions' apply to.
