It was easy and great! My customs broker doesn’t work on the weekends and I had no one to turn to for filing an ISF with the deadline looming. Glad I found this online service.

The quick response to my questions was excellent. I had trouble uploading a document. Reached out to them and received the help needed right away. They also review your forms and help you fill them out correctly.

The import process is complex with a lot of moving parts and critical timing for anyone who hasn't done it before. I could call or email eezyimport anytime and get an immediate answer. For me that is absolutely crucial.

I am totally new to importing from overseas but Eezyimport was a breeze to work with. I of course made mistakes and they walked me through as I corrected my errors. I would definitely use them again. Best of all, they even sent the link to where I was supposed to go in their emails and make fixes right away. A full 5 stars from me for sure.
