I am extremely disappointed with my experience. My TV was collected for return a week ago, yet I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted Electronic World TV and have been told that they have not yet received the TV back from the courier.
As a customer, I find it completely unacceptable to be left waiting for my money because of an issue between the retailer and their return courier. The TV has been out of my possession for a week, and I have no control over what happens to it once it has been collected.
I expected the return and refund process to be handled much more efficiently. At the moment, I am left without the TV and without my refund.
Based on my experience so far, please avoid.

Have had a curved Samsung tv for years and paid a high price our tv finally packed up so managed to source a replacement from Electronic World TV with no stand at an excellent price but we have wall mount anyway .All connected and working excellent, can’t express enough how happy we are with this tv ( as we took a chance ordering on line without viewing the item). The customer service and delivery of the item deserves five stars considering we live in Scotland! Delivery men deserve a mention as they were so helpful.

im giving 5 stars because of how my issues were handled. I was actually outside of the exchange window by a week but the manegement decided to exchange my item rather than repair it. They dropped off the exchange tv and collected the faulty one on the same day which was amazing. The new tv has been working a treat and i've not had any issues, really enjoying watching the world cup on my 75" samsung. thanks guyys

A year in and the tvs we purchased for our house move are still going great. saved tons of money too. Couldnt be happier.

Great to find a company that doesn’t charge the inflated prices you often see at major retailers.After checking out Curry’s,I was surprised by how much more affordable the options here were.I was comfortable with a small cosmetic mark on the TV,and it meant I saved Significant amount on my purchase.The TV looks fantastic,the kids and my wife are thrilled, and I didn’t have to take a huge hit to the bank balance.A great experince all around—thanks!

I live in a small rural village so finding a store nearby us almost impossible. Went onto google and found electronic world and so happy i did! Panasonic LED TV was lovely and delivered within 3 days by 2 lovely gents who brought it into my room and unboxed it. Really great service and hope to use this company again

I had some questions before purchasing and they answered them all on email. Found the product i liked, checked the pictures and went ahead and ordered it. When it arrived, i could literally barely see the marks that were pictured. They really zoom in so the marks looked much worse than they actually were. When the tv was fitted to the wall using the bracket we purchased alongside it, my family could genuinely not see the marks, Chuffed.

TV came in a brown box not the original box, but other than that, cannot fault the product or the service received. Saved around 400 pounds on the Samsung oled tv which was significantly more expensive in the usual online retailers. Delivery took 3 working days as they promised. Will use again in the future

As someone retired, was overjoyed when the kind delivery men took the tv into the living room and plugged it in for me. Communication from the seller was polite throughout.

TV ordered 16th August 2025.
It never arrived. I sent an email on 11th November after relentless phone calls that never got answered. No response to my email. It is now May 2026 and no delivery of TV or response to my email asking what is going on.
I have emailed again today…

Unacceptable ESPECIALLY as I have bought TVs from here over the years as far back as 2019!! When they were called “Cheaplcdtvs’” .co.uk …!

Very disappointing. I hope I get a response.

If Electronic world see this, I just want my TV. Happy to delete the review as long as my TV turns up

£874.99 paid! An update on previous review! I am devastated by Electronic World. Problems with fault on TV from end of February returned picked up 10th March returned 21st April (one week later than ready our choice as we were away, waited 6 weeks to be ready for return). Returned covered in screen scratches that were never there prior.

Electronic World did offer for return and full refund.

Now the TV was returned and email received to say refund made on 6th May, this was then rejected with their system and I have no refund at all because of this. They saying it’s because I paid using a 3rd platform payment method, or because I initially started chargeback with my bank. Chargeback was cancelled because they said they would fully refund me, now the date for chargeback has past I am unable to use this method.

Electronic World have my back account and they could fully pay the refund into my account which they choosing not to. Please look at history on this company, social media and companies house. I didn’t do my research. It’s claims court now, but just can’t understand how a company just keeps good earned money of customers when they no longer have any product at all. Electronic World quote in last email yesterday ‘there is no other option our end to get this done for you’ and suggest I go to my bank?? Shocking I trusted they would do the right thing!! They have £874.99 of my money and not paying it, they have many options to do this and chose not to!

I paid for a tv 459£ they lied i week it's on the way, never delivered, yesterday said they never had the tv and to choose another to swap or ask refund. They never answered again. 12 emails with me choosing other tvs and watch them changed status to sold out. When I called, twice. At first they said they are the electronics world but when i said i paid for a tv suddenly the shop doesn't have tvs, it closed c2 weeks ago and other lies.

We always buy our tvs from electronic world. we save heaps and we've never had an issue

First tv delivered a fault within a month but exchange was made quickly and easily. was positively surprised with the email responses as was worried before reading some of the reviews on here. all good now and i will be back for my next TV.

I have bought 2 TVs in the last month from them, a lg c3 77 inch and a lg c4 83 inch.
The c3 you can’t see the mark that they described on website, it’s near perfect screen and got it for an absolute snip of a price so that’s why I decided to buy another one. The c4 you can see the marks a bit more but still not noticeable when watching tv and saved genuinely thousands of pounds on both TVs . The only thing is they are slow to reply to emails if at all and you start to worry especially on my first order but you can’t fault the TVs they sell and the descriptions . I would never buy a tv from anywhere else now I have found this company . Absolutely brilliant

I purchased what was advertised as a 65"LG G5 Oled TV in grade A condition for a great price. When it arrived the TV was intact a 65" LG G4 Oled. It was in a G5 box and was not noticed as a G4 until I did a software update. The TV is in pristine condition and works perfectly. I contacted customer services who immediately offered a refund to adjust the price to reflect a grade A 65" LG G4 plus an extra £50 on top as a good will gesture. I am very pleased with the TV and very impressed with the customer service give. I highly recommend this company.

Delivered faulty TV and have stopped responding about a refund.

Purchased a tv with a minor scratch on screen (I can’t see it at all). Great value. Purchased from them in 2021, TV still great condition.
