Product arrived promptly after being ordered. Fitted nicely.

shower looks good shame the parts were not numbered but was still able to put it up just would have been easier

Recieved shower yesterday morning . Hod it all fitted and finished by afternoon Very pleased with the finish Would not hesitate to deal with you again

All stock was delivered on time with updated times. Product so far has been good. Only installed one vanity mirror at this time. No problems

Tried to call Elegant office, no answer from either landline or mobile. Both has message to say no message can be left. No prior warning of delivery date/time from courier, Hunter Express. Attempted delivery on Saturday when no one was here to receive. Contacted Hunter Express for an update. Spoke to very prickly women who made me feel like it was my fault. Good s needed ugently, had to pick up myself from depot. Terrible service. Very poor communication.

Fantastic shower door for the price. Very easy to install with the help of the instructions.
So happy to have this installed and I am full of hope that the new shower door will work for the long term.

Customer service is the best. Received the shower screen well ahead of the quoted delivery lead time.

Fast delivery , Very easy to install as the installation guide is very clear.

Great product

Factory easy to find and park.Got a lift from the young guy to load up.
The shower base is nice and solid.
I couldn't get a 1000x900 wide back to the wall shower waste tray from any other supplier.

Instructions are simple. base & screen easily installed. Works smoothly and spacious.
