The customer service at elite parts was excellent! The team are very helpful. The items are also exactly original as described. Sadly the same couldn’t be said about the courier (Aramex) which whilst added significantly to the cost (in fact more than the products), the package arrived battered and broken. Would be ideal if we could deal directly with an elite parts agent here in Australia, as the GWM vehicles are very popular here.

The customer service was absolutely great, and the product received was unscathed. However the shipping quote was not included on your initial purchase from the site so you will be stung by hefty shipping fee.
