J'ai acheté le logiciel Erae Sound le 16 juillet (Commande #3299) pour un montant de 106,80 $ USD. N'ayant pas conservé le matériel associé, le logiciel ne me convient plus.

Conformément à leur propre politique de remboursement (Refund Policy qui prévoit un droit de rétractation sous 30 jours), j'ai contacté leur service client à 4 reprises pour solliciter mon remboursement et l'annulation de la licence.

Résultat : silence radio complet. Mes 4 courriels restent totalement ignorés. Le support ne répond pas et ne respecte pas ses propres conditions d'annulation. C'est quoi ce manque de sérieux ?

I was an owner of the first Erae, and I'm now the happy owner of the second version. As someone with painfull joints I can no longer play guitar. I already enjoyed the playability of the first version, but now with having the improved hypersensitivity and MPE capabilities, it truly opens a perfect blend of playing 'analog' and having access to crazy digital options. That the Erae 2 also has that many cv connections is just wild. The looper and onboard configuration, the software editor, all a great experience. I'm sometimes struggling with setting up Bitwig and some vst's. But that's probably user error.
I love the convenience of having a controller that can do both DAW and DAWless at the same time.
The build quality is very good and sturdy, the power brick and USB c cables are super nice, I love that they're flexible and easy to manage.
My unit was from the first Kickstarter campaign build and had had a power issue that was quickly resolved.
I'm hoping that they find the time to organize an online community that's more engaged than the current forum. It's already a complete tool, but there's also a lot of potential to make this do even more.

I ordered an Erae 2, which is a fantastic MPE controller. Out of the few that exist on the market, this one is -in my opinion- one of the best and easiest to use.

My main kudos, however, has to go to their customer support. My initial unit had an issue with the SD card, which spawned a months-long journey of lost packages (certainly not the fault of Embodme, though still regrettable) trying to get a replacement. They ended up sending me a new unit and even included some goodies for the delay. They really did their best with what they were given and I'm quite thankful to them for getting the situation resolved.

If anyone runs into issues with their products, do reach out to their support, they're fast, reasonable and do actually seem to have the customer's interests in mind. Highly recommended!

Erae 2 is the Best Expressive Touch Controller out today! Customizable! A joy to perform with! Embodme continues to improve and add new features. It's given me a completely fresh way to perform, compose & improvise music. Just love it!

Il y a de quoi être fier de cette étonnante société fournissant des technologies à la fois innovantes dans la tech et dans la musique. Ce qui pour moi, en tant que musicien, fait une vraie différence, c'est que leurs produits ne font pas qu'améliorer un existant, mais créent de nouveaux usages, et ça c'est fort !

I had a problem and their service care replied quite quickly with a solution so I would recommend.

The ERAE controller is awesome, and well built. You can personalize it with the nice configuration tool. And the sensitivity is outstanding. Also, it is very nice on the stage with all these colors.

I've been a user of Erae first version, but version 2 is clearly on another league: very sensitive, easy to use and robust build. I had a small software issue and the team has been very responsive in solving it, highly recommend it!

Astonishing features for a polyvalent use (studio and live sets). This device can become the heart of your setup as well as an efficient, powerful and customisable MPE controller.
The great packaging is on par with the Touch's high quality

J'ai acheté un Erae Touch il y a 2 ans pour mon spectacle live, et je m'en sers depuis quasi-quotidiennement.

C'est une machine fiable, particulièrement customisable, et avec un service client en béton (le 1er que j'ai reçu avait un défaut, ils m'en ont envoyé un 2ème avant même que je ne leur renvoie le 1er.) Depuis j'ai reçu des réponses rapides a chacunes de mes questions, y compris celles qui ne sont pas mentionnées dans le mode d'emploi.

Concernant la machine, elle est réactive et agréable à utiliser, l'atout principal pour moi étant la programmation des layouts via leur software Erae Lab.

Vivement recommandé pour les musiciens qui aiment expérimenter ou simplement s'amuser, la machine prends toute sa dimension quand on l'utilise avec des synths qui supportent le MPE.

J'ai été séduit pas le controleur : "ERAE TOUCH". j'ai donc commandé sur le site ce controleur. ET LA, J'AI FAIT L'ERREUR.

Vous ne recevrez rien ! C'est une toute petite entreprise basée en france qui a lancé son controleur (en financement participatif). Le service après est Néant ! Après 5 relances, j'ai reçu un simple mail me disant que ma commande ne pourra être traitée que d'ici "plusieurs mois", car il n'ont plus de stock. Mais que j'ai été débité le jour même des 800 euros.

N'essayez pas de demander le remboursement, vous n'aurez aucune réponse. Juste vos yeux pour pleurer. Les vidéos qui tournent sur internet avec des musiciens et leurs controleurs "ERAE TOUCH", ce n'est que des musiciens qui ont reçu ce controleur pour en faire des démonstrations.

Je suis le premier à laisser un avis car il n'y avait pas d'endroit pour en laisser. Je viens de faire la demande pour l'ouverture d'une page sur Trustpilot afin d'avertir tous les futurs acheteurs.

Passez votre chemin, même si le contrôleur vous semble super. Croyez-moi !
