I didn’t realize that low bottom cheap ingredients would be sent to the cart to make elaborate meals until they were delivered. I had to return about 90% of the order. When manually upgrading the products, I then realized that half the stuff wasn’t copied the first time. I had to add it. My whole budget was wrecked bc I built the budget on the original cost. By the time I rearranged everything and ordered I was about $100 over budget. Then the shopper bc it was late stopped in the middle of the order and I had to cancel it so now waiting 3-5 business days for over $300 to be returned to
Me and no groceries and a hectic schedule I am trying to keep with work. This is the absolute worst app I have ever seen. This app ruined my entire day and caused triple the stress and hassle. Stay away from this app. Far away.

I have used emeals for years, for a quick dinner ideas, and I love the shopping cart, so easy! I do wish there was the option for a little more complex meals, as most recipes here are pretty basic. But you don't have an idea, or you want to select a couple of options put them in your grocery cart and order pick up, couldn't be easier.

Amazing meal plans to fit anyone's needs. We love how simple it is to select your meals, and have them delivered to your door via Walmart. This saves us trips to the grocery store and saves me money!!!! No more impulse buying of stuff you really do not need.

I was drowning, as a single parent, running her own household dinner was always last minute, not well though out and oft times replaced with take-out. I have always enjoyed cooking (yes i know i'm weird) but my lifestyle and responsibilities took all the fun out of it. Now were trying new things each week and getting good homecooked meals into my kiddos! This app took out the fatigue of meal planning and grocery shopping (I spend less money cause I don't have to go in to get my stuff) its ready to go for pick up any time of the day. 10 /10 recommend to all my friends

I’m not sure what I’m missing based on other reviews, but 8 ingredients for 1 meal for 2 people totaled $49.01 shopping at Walmart. Yes, great recipe options, but at that price it is MUCH cheaper not to mention much more convenient to have a box delivered to my door! Also saves time and I get 3 different meals rather than having to eat leftovers. The problem with emeals is having to buy pre-packaged ingredients that feed 4 to 6 people.

Someone charged their purchases to my debit card. I'm not a member so how did this happen?

You have to enter into a subscription that hopefully you remember to cancel- before you see the product.

It’s just recipes and shopping lists. Literally that’s all it is.

Such a waste of money.

I hate figuring out what to make each night. Thank you for providing different meals each day -especially the fact they are healthy and make me try new foods is wonderful. I have had 100% fantastic meals every time. It would be great if you could feature seasonal foods at the appropriate time of year, and ensure each week has a better balance of protein (not just pork or chicken all week long)

I really love eMeals. My one thing is that I link to pick n save, but not metro market? They use the same app so I don't understand why. This is a minor inconvenience but would be nice if it went right to my metro, where I shop, so my order was more accurate in the moment. I like to share my experience with emeals since i've been using so many years now I've lost count. I also love the new protein category you incorporated.

I love the convenience of simple meal planning and sending the list to Walmart! Having the delivery from Walmart plus makes my meal prep so simple and easy!

The app can be a bit glitchy but the service is useful. The app wants to re-boot each time I back out of it. That can make hopping in and out a bit annoying. Additionally, it sometimes has issues remembering that I wanted to 'favorite' a meal for later. However, the integration with the grocery story pickup interface is great. It also has good suggested meals. Always be prepared to modify for your own tastes / needs. I also wish I could indicate that I dont' need a paired wine. Instead it auto-adds the wine to the shopping list.

Meals are delicious and there are so many options to choose from depending on our cravings for the week or if we are trying to eat more healthy. I love that we can change from 2-3 portions to 4-6 when needed. Sending the grocery list to our store and getting groceries delivered means it takes about 15 minutes to plan and shop for our weekly meals.

Signed up for the 14 day free trial and of course had to give them a card to be able to use the app. Received a welcome email. Never received any sort of notice/reminder that the trial was ending so my card was then charged $59.99 for a 1 year subscription - no notice, no email receipt, no nothing. Because there was no communication regarding this, and I had stopped using the app so it was not front of mind, I'm only now discovering this 7 months later as I review my December credit card statement for a different reason. Not Happy!! Plenty of similar comments on the BBB site. Great concept but they need to COMMUNICATE!!

I really like the app but it sometimes hangs up and the search doesn't always work as expected. I really want to be able to rate the recipes that I've tried and save them in their own category for future reference.

I really like being able to have my order for groceries go directly to Walmart. I like I can choose which items I want to buy.

I've been using eMeals for 14 years! It's so versatile and has only gotten better over time! There are so many eating plans to choose from, and now you can add recipes you find online or type in your own family recipes. And then you can send it all to your favorite grocery store. What's not love about it?

I dread the question, "What's for dinner?" Meal planning can stress me out! I want to feed my family healthy, budget-friendly meals without all the pressure to come up with ideas myself. eMeals provides all of this and more. And I truly enjoy the convenience of having the meal shopping list sent to my local grocery store's online service.

I enjoy this app. I use it for menu inspirations & filling my kroger "delivery" cart. However..(1) I HATE the phone sized app. I wish I could use a bigger format.. ipad or desktop style. (2) I don't like how it ties to the kroger app. From emeals, it gives me a tiny phone shaped kroger app that is not connected to the regular kroger app. I can't log into the kroger app directly after "sending my list to kroger", because that cart is empty. I must continue to add my other groceries in this weird phone shaped app.
