xtremely disappointed with EmPrada. The quality of the clothing feels cheap and nowhere near what you’d expect for the price. To make matters worse, their return policy is unbelievably restrictive — even after purchasing their extra coverage. Customer service was completely unhelpful and seemed more interested in hiding behind policy language than actually helping a paying customer. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you expect decent quality and fair treatment after the sale.

Unless you read fine print, wouldn't know you can't return for your money. It is only store credit. It says they run true to size, they do not. I am sized out now and don't know how to spend that money (size should have been a large... that didn't fit. So now I would be XL or more... also their dresses all vary in sizing measurements).

Please don't waste your money
I ordered from this site years ago and the items were "Okay" so I figured it was safe to order again. I ordered 6 items and my total was more than $500. No biggie if I was receiving quality items...... TRASH! Straight trash. The reason they only offer a credit instead of a refund is because their items are GARBAGE, so they want to keep your money and send you more trash from their site. Save your money and go to SHEIN if you want low quality clothing. I sent an email to their customer service. I have low expectations that I will get a response. I will be contacting my bank to dispute the charge and send this company their trash back.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this order really impressed me and Amanda from Customer Care was a breath of fresh air to deal with. I needed these dresses for my bridemaids and they arrived on time with no issues at ALL. Looked exactly like they were displayed on their site. The fabric felt soft but not thin or cheap in any way and the fit was true to size.

I am sooo picky with online shopping because so many items look different in person but this one was spot on. Same color, same fit, same overall vibe as the way it was shown in the pics on the website.

My first time ordering from this site and I was not satisfied with my purchase. The clothes are expensive compared to the quality! I purchased a $79 tube midi dress, that had horrible fabric. No compression or snatched fabric. Getting a hold of customer services difficult. I had to write an email just to get a refund. And now I have to print out the label instead of being able to just scan a code! I don’t have a printer so now I have to take it inside a fed x and take time out of my precious day to deal with a company that doesn’t treat customers with consideration or has integrity to make clothes that wouldn’t have to be sent back! Really upsetting! Never again will I give this company my money!

Ghetto company
I ordered 2 items. One of which I received a completely different dress. Kept it in its package, and asked for the correct dress to be sent out. Emprada asked for a pic of the item to complete the return. I took it out of its package (as it was just an 5X5 small bag) and hung up for a pic, immediately putting back in packaging. (Not my style dress)
I sent back. They reported back that the dress was in “poor condition with significant hair on the dress” and only gave store credit. I will not be using that store credit for poor quality clothing and bad customer service.

Love the outfit, hated shipping experience
The order took way longer to get to me than it should’ve and customer service was blaming the post office even though they printed the label and just didn’t ship yet. I got my outfit the DAY OF my event but my gosh, as much as I thought I would hate it and it would be terrible based on the reviews THE OUTFIT WAS STUNNING!!!! I’m short and it fit like a glove, great quality and I received a lot of compliments. But the interaction and edge of my seat crap made me give them a lower score. Buy the outfit, but don’t expect it for a while, just don’t expect much except a great outfit when you’re lucky enough to receive it.

This is a scam
The sizes are not true sizes. When you receive the package is not what you expect and when you return the package you have to pay for returns. They don’t credited to your original method of payment. They give you store credit and if you buy something else obviously you don’t know if it’s going to fit you or if you going to like what you receive and then you have to pay again for another return. This is a scam.

This company is a complete rip off
This company is a complete rip off! I ordered a dress with sequins to wear to a fall wedding it came snagged everywhere and missing a bunch of sequins. So tacky!!! I needed it for a black tie formal wedding. Customer service was nearly impossible to reach and only offered a store credit after 3 days of trying to reach them and only once the dress was returned and received. I don’t trust a company that has quality control that sends out damaged $150dresses to actually give a store credit also I don’t want your store credit for more damaged clothing. I ended up donating it and maybe someone can salvage it but they will never get my money or business again. If you need a nice dress visit showpo they have beautiful dresses and easy return policy with a full money refund. That’s who I ended up ordering my second dress for this very important wedding from and they have a full money back easy return policy. Mind you I live in AZ and the dress was coming from CA from Emprada and two weeks??? Ridiculous! The showpo dress I ordered shipped from Australia and was here in AZ in 5 days.

Shrinkage, Rips, and Fit Issues Not worth the price
I purchased a two-piece set that shrank after the first wash. I ordered another two-piece, but this one had rips in the waist area after washing it. I also bought a blouse that was too loose, and two additional blouses that were too tight. Overall, the sizing is very inconsistent. While the material feels decent, it’s not quite right, and given the prices, it’s really not worth it. I’m giving it one star due to the shrinkage, defects, and poor fit.

I recently had a poor experience with your company's return and discount policy. As a first-time buyer, I was eligible for a 10% discount, but when I tried to return the items, I was informed that they were not qualified for return.
I subsequently contacted your Customer Service department, providing a unique return code, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a response after multiple follow-ups. Although I was provided another five-digit code to assist with my query, I am still awaiting a resolution.
I share my experience in the hope it may help inform improvements to your customer service processes. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a more satisfactory outcome.
