We were holding a conference that required a number of people to travel to Sydney from our regional centres, where appropriate flights aren't always available. I am beyond grateful that I found Emu Coach Hire - not only were they among the most reasonably priced, but they provided a quote within half an hour, answering all my questions promptly and professionally. I knew instinctively that they were the right choice for us, and they did not disappoint. The driver was professional, on time and friendly. He got our team to their destination safely and in comfort (the bus itself was great). When wild weather threatened flights that our other teams would be travelling to Sydney the day before our conference, the Emu Coach Hire guys stepped in once again, doing their utmost to find us last minute buses to replace cancelled flights, going above and beyond, even calling other bus companies in an attempt for find a solution. I thank everyone at Emu, from the team in the office to the driver himself, and will definitely be in touch for future bookings.

The Emu Coach Hire team were simply amazing! We booked 2 trips with them for a corporate group in Feb 26 and we couldn't have been happier with the service. The drivers were very communicative and helped load all luggage and buses were absolutely spotless and clean. After unfortunately experiencing a very low service with other bus companies, we won't be using anyone but Emu from now on.

Contracted us out to "Bus's r Us" and we had an old public transport bus even tho we were promised a nice coach from Emu Coach Hire!! Our bus was old, bumpy with little air conditioning on an extremely hot day, we were so disapointed when it turned up. Would not use Emu Coach Hire again because if they contract their jobs out they cant follow thru with their promises.

10 of enjoyed the convenience of travelling in a well kept ford sprinter for the Magic Millions race day. David our driver was excellent in communication during the day, & was able to pick us up earlier than I had booked. Thank you Nick for organising- till next time.
