batteries dont charge and dont work total rubbish

I bought four Dewalt batteries and only three will charge. I’ve contacted them twice and still had no contact from them.
From the reviews, I should’ve read them first because they are right it’s Chinese crap and there’s no contact

Ordered2 batteries they none of them work asked for refund and to get them to get their courier to pick batteries up , they say say I have to pay for returning their batteries that do not work even after sending video evidence totally useless company and batteries!

Do not buy from these absolute scam bags, goods are utter sh!t£ all you get is the offer of a tenner off, refunds none existent, crap brought in from China!!

Ordered a replacement battery for my Makita drill.
It's only been used 5 times and now doesn't hold a charge - I've emailed them but they don't reply.

Ordered 5 Makita appropriate batteries.
Chinese crap. One won't charge at all, 4 only half charge. As a tradesman These are useless. Emailed customer services wo want video evidence. A joke - how does a video demonstrate a battery only lasts half as long as it should?

Batteries have half the number of cells required. They are not the capacity they claim. Return policy is just a dead-end to nothing to string you along a bit more.

The batteries they supply have also now been discovered to have a serious safety issue. Report is published on GOV.UK website.

Never received batteries. They don't answer emails. They still managed to accept payment through Paypal (who were not interested in my complaint that they had not been delivered).
I am very out of pocket with no chance of resolution.

I recieved 2 x 18v 5amp makita replacement batteries that couldn't / wouldn't charge. After email contact early Jan and sending video of battery failure. Contact has failed once I requested refund of expences. Telephone contact unavailable.

They put 2 AH batteries in a 5.0 AH battery casing and pass it off as a 5.0 AH. They won't respond to emails or through their own portal. A disgusting company all round. 1 star is being generous.

Scammers AVOID!!! Fake batteries. Emailed them as soon as we received them and have had no reply. Emailed several times. No telephone number to call. Have found an address and will return today.

I placed an order (E46653) and Evri supposedly delivered. I didn't get a delivery time or day or status until I researched a couple of weeks after not getting the goods. Evri...formerly Hermes (everybody knows how bad they were) are just a rebranded below standard courier whom, on this occasion have fictitiously delivered my order twice! Both dates were for the same order, one date being delivered 04:00 In the morning! WTF? The other 20:00 the night before. But can I get Eplusbatteries to accept that I'm not the crook here? Absolutely not. As far as they're concerned, Evri say it's delivered....so It must be🤷🏼‍♂️. Paypal will spank arse shortly and those that read this will take their business elsewhere. Remember, one dissatisfied customer will tell ten of their friends and then the word spreads.

They sold to me a fake and inferior Makita charger and batteries, which are clearly advertised to deceive buyers. Returning them has so far been a long-winded, archaic and tiresome affair. Hopefully, I'll eventually get my money back.

Had an issue with postage. Evri unable to resolve and told me to contact the supplier.

Bought batteries that were claimed to fit a dewalt drill. They did not fit. No problem. Eplusbatteries has a returns policy. So I reached out via email. Heard nothing back. I tried to call the listed number. Doesn't work. My suggestion is to not take a chance ordering from them and just go with Amazon as they have great return policies.
