Scammers!!!! They need locking up!!!

Telling me they will send another package as the other didn't arrive. Still nothing. Scammers DO NOT order from them. Stopped replying to me now.

Ordered a Christmas tree on the 18th August, they said they'd sent it. Just like everyone else who trusted and have been ripped off by these criminals. Feel disappointed with myself to be honest I never usually use companies such as these. I also feel sorry for the genuine companies out there, criminals such as these spoil it for everyone, never again.

Would give 0 stars if allowed. Ordered goods in August and never arrived. Say they will get back to me in 3 days but never do! Can't believe I've been taken in!

It appears that I have joined far too many people being scammed. I ordered my item on Aug 8th and tracking showed it was "delivered" to a Royal mail depot in IRELAND on Sept 1st ( I live in Dorset)
Subsequent emails to "Chuanliu" have just gone round in circles.

I never received my item and the tracking number says delivered but not to my address, DO NOT BUY from these awful companies people are being ripped off

Never received goods, keep making excuses. Just ongoing, don't think they have to goods

Complete scam. I had to ask for tracking info, and what they gave me never worked. Then I was told the package was lost, so they sent it out again only to be told (again) that is seems to have gone missing. Was told this never happens, but reading all these reviews it clearly is what they do. I asked for a refund at least 6 different times, and they refused. Had to have my bank reverse the charge and investigate. Do not trust purchases from them!

I also have been scammed by them, didn’t order via them either they must have intercepted my purchase! looking on company’s house, dissolved in 2013. Presume same company again? I’ve emailed regularly since ordering 2months ago, now getting same responses as others from chuanliu…
“We have been in contact with logistics provider…their response is ambiguous. We are…very anxious. Please give us another two days…”
“our package has been sent and is in transit”
“Due to COVID-19, the logistics provider is short of manpower and delivery time will be prolonged” (this was sent oct23)
“We will contact logistics company to inquire…speed up transportation for you. Hope you can wait…”
“We have scheduled a reissue!” (this also did not arrive!)
“shipping information may not be up to date because of …overwhelming demand”
“Please remain patient and wait a few more days”

I suspect everyone has had the same answers 😡
I have also been advised that because it ships from overseas I cannot claim a refund.
Post office have different address for tracking number!
Submitted claim via credit card company, these scammers sent a delivery confirmation of warm gloves - £16, NOT what I ordered or amount! And NOT delivered!
******Please inform trading standards if you have had the same issues, let’s get them shut down !!!!!*******

Total scam - do not order advent calendars from this company. They are a scam and will tell you that your package has been delivered when it was never actually shipped.
Facebook should do more to screen advertising like this.

This Is a total swindle, buyer beware lots of people have lost their money or their banks have. Goods were delivered to the wrong address. Themselves or contacts? SCAMWATCH has many examples of this type of fraud committed by this company. buyers beware

This website is a scam, pure and simple. I'm sure if we all shared our tracking numbers they would be the same.
I am in communication with them however they are playing silly buggers. I've contacted the bank and I will be taking this further... It wasn't even the attached website that I bought through!!! So they are definitely a scam.

DONT NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY...They are scammers. I paid for a dashcam 8th Aug, we are now on 25th October. Emailed numerous times, wait 7 days is all i get and still get nothing. As i said DONT order from them. I will email them again to say i have put a review on
trustpilot.

Yup, biggest scammers out there, I’m currently fighting with them. I’ve reported them to citizens advise whom intern are reporting them to trading standards, if everyone does this they may be investigated?

Ordered item in September never received told after numerous emails had be delivered told them hadn't and tracking was south port no Scotland said would reissue nothing received ask on numerous occasions for refund told no as was dispatched nothing can be done no refund . Total scammers taking pensioner money and childrens Christmas . Scum

I ordered from this company and the goods never arrived I was told by them it was at the post office which was not the delivery address then I received a request from them for my bank details to pay more money for customs I have refused and requested a refund I am still waiting

Scammers paid order sent to wrong address wont refund saying was international transaction.what a load of crap.

Placed an order 28th august no communication no goods but took my money who do we report this too they must have scammed folk out of thousands

This company is scamming everyone who orders off them,my goods ordered on August 26th still not arrived,sent me a tracking number saying it’s in a hub in Scotland,when I tracked it they are asking for my card details saying I need to pay £1 for delivery,I’ve already paid £6.50 for this,not paying one penny more TOTAL SCAMMERS DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
