This is an excellent tool. Forget dangerous ladders. Teamed with the 22ft pole it makes light work of cleaning windows, rendering and even the outside of gutters. Highly recommended. It was delivered swiftly.

As the parcel has been delivered, the next step would be to check the location shown in the photo, or ask anyone at the property who may have taken it in.

Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with the float valve — that’s definitely not what we want for you.
I’ve looked back through the messages, and the only reason we asked for a quick video and details of your setup was so we could confirm exactly what’s gone wrong and send the correct replacement. Some faults look similar but have different causes, so we always check first to avoid sending the wrong part again.
To get this sorted for you now, can you let me know whether you still need a replacement float valve? If so, I’ll arrange one for you straight away.

Very bad service. I bought some things and they didn't arrive on time, and what was missing was sent 3 weeks later. They didn't give any compensation, and communication with the customer service center is terrible.

I purchased the Equip2Clean backpack…
I purchased the Equip2Clean backpack sprayer for a new job I had taken on. I’d never used a sprayer before, and the price in their sale was excellent. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed, which pushed my work schedule back thanks royal mail, so I contacted customer service to find out what was happening.
Their support team was outstanding. They checked the tracking and noticed the parcel had been sent to a warehouse in Liverpool even low my address for N.Ireland was on it. As soon as they spotted the issue, they immediately arranged a replacement and assured me they would deal with Royal Mail directly. I had nothing to worry about.
My replacement backpack arrived within two days. Absolutely brilliant service. I can’t recommend this company enough — 5 stars.
