I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing.

The product I received was nowhere near the quality shown in their Instagram advertisements. Their marketing creates the impression of a thoughtfully handcrafted, premium product, but what arrived looked hastily assembled with poor finishing and very little attention to detail. Many elements that appeared to be real materials in their promotional videos were simply printed cut-outs pasted onto the book. The overall workmanship was sloppy, making the product feel cheap and nothing like what was advertised.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer support.

Every email address listed on their website bounced back with an "Address not found" error.
The mobile number published on their website does not accept calls.
Their WhatsApp Business account has remained completely unresponsive.

It's incredibly frustrating to spend your money on a product that is so different from what was promised, only to discover that there is effectively no way to contact the company.

In my opinion, this business is misrepresenting its products through social media advertising. The difference between the Instagram promotions and the actual product is significant enough that I felt misled as a customer.

I purchased this as a special gift for my husband's birthday and was genuinely excited to receive it. Instead, I was left embarrassed by the quality and disappointed by the entire experience.

Until this company improves both its product quality and its customer support, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before placing an order.

They are scamming not assisting cx or not replying i got product with wrong spelling they confirmed on call everything about the not what I wanna note on that but still when I ask for replace or either half refund they denied don't order from these people erayastyle slammers 🤬🤬horrible

It's now 16days and the parcel is yet not delivered
Their customer service is also fake where the number is out of reach

Scammers they are, just avoid the hassle man

If there would be an option of choosing star less the one then I would they are the biggest scammers beware of them don't buy any products from their website I ordered a customized bracelet 6 days ago I paid extra to get my delivery within 4-5 days it's been 6 days and my order is not even picked from the courier company and there's no customer support even their email is fake when I tried to mail them the email got bounced back by saying there's no email address existing with this mail id and the mail is mentioned on their tracking site and I lost my money and time using this website

Still not updated about the package which I have ordered on 6th aug and that too paying extra 150rs for rush shipping (which should have been delivered by 10th aug ) and that shipping money got wasted and my product which I have ordered also didn’t came, giving false promises while placing order and after that when I tried to contact customer support no response from them customer support message are seen but not reply and there email id are also not working. Seriously didn’t expected this kind of service from this brand
