We have had Ergoflex mattresses for the last 20 years and they are by far the best mattresses we have had.

Good mattress so far

We have now had our Ergoflex King size mattress for 2.5 years so this is a real review over time.
Cannot fault it in any way and wish we had bought one so long ago. It a Good/Firm(some will say Firmish even) feel that you can soften using a topper if needed (as we do). It does take a few weeks (perhaps 6-8 weeks) to get used too if you have had a conventional non memory foam mattress but after that you will wonder how you ever managed without one. My wife was unsure about a memory foam mattress but now loves it as i do. It does not get hot.
What is special about this mattress is (1) the excellent price, (2) the quality and (3) unlike many expensive mattress it does not dip in the middle, perfect if you have a husband who is heavy and a wife who is light. I have never even had to turn this mattress even once in 2.5 years, amazing!
Before buying this mattress we had bought at least three others at far more expensive cost in 18 moths - all sagged in the middle after six months - this mattress can take the weight unlike most high street mattress that can cost up to £2000. Five stars from me and highly recommended. Do remember it takes a while to adjust to this type of mattress if you have not had one before and is a Good/Firm rating (or even Firm for some) so some may need a cheap topper (we use one we bought for Amazon that cost only around £35 just to make it a little softer).

Would I but one again - you bet I would but the good news I wont need to for a long time.

This is a true and accurate review after 2.5 years use.

We had bought a second hand Ergoflex for our campervan and it was the most comfortable sleep I'd had in years. So when our our branded hybrid at home needed replacing we bought a new Ergo to replace it. We're so happy with it! Less than half the price we'd paid for our old one and 100 times more comfortable. Great product!

Just want to warn potential customers for Ergoflex that if you write a bad review about them they claim that you are threatening them. All I am doing is highlighting how unfair and not very well treated my wife was for a recent purchase which turned out was not what she wanted. In other words a genuine mistake!

Based on Ergoflex's reply this review then stands as a WARNING to potential customers.

We were not looking for a refund, just simply to get the right product so an exchange would have been fine. The product sent, which my wife holds her hand up and says she made a mistake in ordering the wrong item, just needs to be exchanged for the right one. It hasn't been used, taken out of it's packaging, unfolded, slept on, changed our minds etc etc. It is just a tiny little label which is easily replaced.

So again, potential customers of Ergoflex BE VERY VERY CAREFUL when purchasing from them

We're very happy with our Ergoflex purchase; it's the firmest mattress we've ever experienced. I still get hot at night, but that's probably my age, and due to the very hot weather we've been experiencing this summer in the UK. All in all, a great mattress for the price.

Delivery prompt. The mattress was better than expected. The quality and finish are exceptional.

Arrived on time, well packaged

A very comfortable mattress no doubt about it, however the off gassing is taking too long and the VOCs are terrible smelling. We left it 4 days before using and it was still a problem. We have our 3 month old in the next to me and we woke up to a new very strong smell coming from a part of the mattress right next to his crib. I’m very upset and it can’t be good for his little lungs. Hugely disappointed. I don’t ever remember our simba mattress taking this long to prepare. I’m questioning whether this mattress will ever be safe for us and our baby and have no idea about the genuine long term health effects we have just subjected ourselves too.

Product fine, delivery timing fine. However it should be noted that king-size mattresses are too heavy for a single person to deliver. Delivery driver, only one, had no lifting equipment or lifting aids. Struggled to get from van to entrance hallway. Should not rely on recipient to help, as they may not be trained to lift safely and may be elderly or have health issues. The safe lifting regulations were certainly not complied with. This is something the delivery agent should address as it puts the delivery driver at risk of serious injury.

I have single Ergoflex mattresses and they are very good. So on 21/05/2026 decided to order a double. What a difference. Where as the singles have the right amount of give and support. The double is a different beast, Its very firm and there is no give in the mattress whatsoever. If you like sleeping on concrete its for you. I have been a loyal Ergoflex customer over the years, purchasing I think 4 single mattresses but this has put me off. Have contacted customer services at Ergoflex and they have kindly extended the trial period for 3 weeks making a number of suggestions. Cannot fault the customer service but the judgement is out on the mattress at this time. Well, tried the extra period of time and the mattress is still too firm So contacted customer services and a return has been arranged.

Easy ordering and fast delivery, although on a personal level found was not as FIRM AS ANTICIPATED!

The mattress itself is comfortable so far, and everything we wanted. The delivery, by DPD I believe, was a disaster. On the wrong day, to the wrong address - the box was dumped a day early in a neighbouring garden behind a high wall while the owners were away, and we were not notified of delivery. When (fortunately) they returned and alerted us, as pensioners we found the very heavy and awkward box almost impossible to carry and drag up the road to our own house.

The mattress was delivered on time as stated. Very comfortable and am enjoying my sleep at present with no complaints.

I had ergoflex mattress years ago then changed to another brand due to menopause heat which never made any difference really. It was a pillow top mattress and after a while it had dips in in where our body laid si became uncomfortable.
We took the decision to buy ergoflex again and so glad I did
It took a few nights to get used to it again but I can honestly say that I am having the best sleep ever again
I will never change brand again. Well done ergoflex keep doing what you are doing.

Love our new mattress!
The old one was hurting my back but as it was an European King, not many companies sells this size and the company that I purchased from had closed down so I was struggling to find a replacement.
Now my back doesn’t hurt and can sleep so much better.
For better service, it would be so much better if we can get them to deliver to our 1F bedroom rather than leaving it by our front door. I don’t have muscles so had to get our very-fit neighbour to carry it up with my husband.

Lovely mattress,still get a few aches when shared with my husband, but overall pretty good.
