We've now made a number of orders from Ertech, and have each time been pleasantly surprised by the high level of support that we've received throughout the order process.

Our last order had major issues with the courier that was chosen - DX Freight in Llanelli, who seemed to completely mess us around not delivering day after day. Despite this, Jimmy was in constant communication with me and with them, ensuring that our package would be delivered as soon as possible (only 6 days after original estimated delivery date seems to be good going having looked at others' reviews of DX!). Jimmy offered to send a replacement package had it not been delivered on the 6th day, which we thought was extremely generous of Ertech to offer us. Courier companies are becoming less and less reliable now, it seems to have bizarrely become a part of the world we're now in. But Jimmy's continously pleasant communication shows he's doing his absolute best to navigate this.

I would recommend ertech to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly cctv distributor.

Lewis reached out to me about Ertech and we had a good conversation about what I do and need as an installer. He wasn't pushy at all which I respect, when the time came where I wanted to buy cctv for a job, Lewis sent me over quotes with multiple options and great explanations into each one.
Turned up to the job and i had been given the wrong bases for the cameras, when i let Ertech know about this all they could offer me was a "discount" on my next order, rather than fixing the issue with my current order. Why would i order again from a company that couldnt resolve the issue with the current order? Im not sure. Had to go back to the same job and drill holes into each base to fix the issue myself.
Went on to let Lewis know we were having playback issues which he raised with support, took a while for some action but eventually Jimmy did jump on a call and went out of his way to resolve the issue, keeping me and my client up to date throughout the troubleshooting process. In the end all was resolved and I have a happy client with a working security system.
