The mask is exactly what I expected, comfortable and minimal strain on the ears. Keep in mind, with no fault of the company, delivery will be delayed, but with the circumstances, it's warranted.

This site sells face masks and promises high quality products with a quick delivery time. But what you get is far from it.

They remove negative reviews so please be careful and protect you self from these crooks.

Please see the private message the company sent me below. As I said before shop elsewhere. They are unprofessional, miss leading, They remove negative reviews and they are rude on top of that.

My issue was never with the time spent in customs it was their misleading delivery time spoken about on their site and the fact shipping should have come from Toronto where I live. For such expensive masks this should have been priority shipping. 6 weeks in I have no masks and am out 70 dollars. I had to find another company to buy masks from who's product I have already received and whos shipping took one week.

UPDATE JUNE 7TH 2020

I have still not received my masks or compensation. Their site says shipping is from Toronto but this was not true in my case as shipping is coming from China. I would have never purchased from them knowing that. I live in Toronto and should have received the masks in days if shipping was truly from here. Save your money and shop elsewhere. we are now over 40 days and no product.

UPDATE JUNE 30TH

Delivery took well over 40 days but I finally received the product. before I tell you my opinion on the masks I want everyone to know that the company has reported my review and the reviews of others who were not satisfied with their service or product many times. They attempt to take down anything that isnt favorable to them hence why their reviews are so high.

Now regarding the product; The mask fits small and the vents are made of cheap plastic. Regardless of my experience with the company I wouldn't buy these masks for 35 dollars each.
