About the numbers which are red in your portfolio, let us tell you that this is still an investment, with its possible risks, and, in your case, the investment coincided with the great global crisis due to Cov-Sars2, where all currencies had large falls in the markets. No company can do much in cases like this since there are things that are out of our control.
In fact, in our eagerness to develop the platform and avoid all possible risks for the investor, we have greatly improved the platform since then, and now we have:
