Le test était plutôt facile, mais il est vrai que de tous passer à l’oral en même temps peut être déstabilisant, mais s’entraîner dans de tels conditions peut être bénéfique quant à notre concentration

I took the TOEFL test on February 2nd because I needed my scores for a February 15th university deadline. ETS advertises that scores are available within 4–8 days, but mine were delayed with no explanation. The website said to contact customer support, so I did—but that was completely useless.

I called multiple European numbers, and while they answered, they had no information and just told me to call the U.S. So I had to call America from Germany—first number? They picked up but had no idea what was going on and just gave me another number to call. Second number? No answer. When I finally reached someone, they just read me the same generic information from the website. No actual update. No explanation. No email responses.

When I called again, hoping for real help, the agent was extremely rude and told me, "You called on the 6th, count how many days have passed—why are you calling again?" Absolutely unacceptable.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a testing service. If you need your scores on time and expect even basic customer support, DO NOT rely on TOEFL. I would never recommend this to anyone.

It's funny and tragic that an organization as greedy and morally corrupt as ETS can enjoy a non-profit status in the US and grow to the point of being the world's largest private educational testing and assessment organization.

One could write an entire dissertation about their unscrupulous business practices, but, if I had to talk about one, that would be the recurring fee they charge TOEFL test takers every two years for the "privilege" of maintaining their language proficiency.

I took the TOEFL iBT about a year ago. I never used my score after the test because my life took a different direction but I didn't regret paying a hefty price of $200 to see the result of my decades-long learning journey.

Recently, an opportunity came up and I wanted to put that score to some good use. Imagine my horror when I learned that I couldn't even access the pdf of my score anymore. It turned out, you need to pay and take that test again for that download "luxury". They use a nonsensical justification for this approach. They say they do it to ensure they provide current and accurate information about your language skills. It's pretty obvious to any person with some education and worldly experience that this is just a paltry scheme to make some extra profit for themselves. I paid $200 for my test because I didn't download it at the time, and now I will never have that chance unless I retake the test. I can score much higher after living in the US for several months and fully immersing myself in an English-speaking environment all this time. That would, however, go against my goal of not supporting this organization again in any way.

You might find me a fool and laugh because this could've been avoided if I just downloaded that pdf file but my story is just one among the many other people who've been wronged by ETS in one way or another.

I mistakenly selected the additional score report option on the ETS website, two days before my test, due to unclear instructions regarding free recipient scores.

As the ETS service sent an email offering 04 free score reports, I believe this was my right and I shouldn't have to pay the fee. I requested a refund although ETS has not resolved the issue, and I feel their platform lacks transparency, leading to unnecessary charges. I feel deceived.

Bon accompagnement du personnel mais certaines nuisances m’ont désavantagé quant à la réalisation de mon test.

Mon gros souci avec ce centre j'aimerais savoir comment sont corrigé et car je pense que ya un truc qui tourne pas bien on dit on a une note on ne sais pas comment ce truc est corriger j'ai passé jen'ai pas trouvé très dur l'examen le score que j'ai l'impression d'être un débutant alors j'étais contente à ma sortie j'ai demander un recontage de mon score aucune nouvelle de leur part est ce que ya d'autre personne dans mon cas je suis un peu perdu.

Un accueil bienveillant nous a été réservé.
Marie Christine et son collègue sont efficaces et très aimables.
Cela n’est pas négligeable lorsque l’on passe un examen.
Proche du métro, les locaux sont propres.
Le matériel est désinfecté aussitôt qu’un candidat termine son examen.

My wife had a very bad experience recently! She had an English exam with a foreign national from South Asian who had a very strong foreign accent and had some difficulties speaking in ENGLISH!!! These factors do not help when the exam is for people trying to pass an English exam. The Examiner was 15-20minutes late which caused further anxiety for my wife.

Prior to the exam, my wife read all the rules requires to prepare for her exam environment at home, which she followed.
However, for the first 60-70 minutes of the exam she spent:
- Showing the examiner, what items of clothing she was wearing and had to remove her jumper.
- Reviewed all 4 corners of the examination room (but this was expected as mentioned in the exam rules).
- Was told to remove her earrings and asked to show her tattoos (fear of exam answers on her body).
- Reviewed my work desk (this was also expected as mentioned in the exam rules).
- Repositioned her desk so that door could be seen in the camera (not previously mentioned in the exam requirements), this took 10 minutes.
- Removed all cupboard draws close to her computer.
- Had to open all the cupboards and draws in the room for inspection.
- Was forced to remove religious bangles from her wrist.
- And finally, was told to cut sentimental friendship bracelets from her wrist which she did (and which I am very angry about with the examiner, WHY was this required!!!)

During the exam the communication cut off numerous times and the examiner blamed the connection problems on my wife, even though other families in my house (myself) at that time had no problems. The examiner also accused my wife of cheating due to communication problems. This communication breaks caused endless confusion for my wife during the exam, and she lost confidence.

The whole exam was a disorganised mess and a disaster. She failed her exam due her loss in confidence, harsh interrogation techniques before the exam and total confusion during the exam due to communication problems and being unable to understand the examiner due to the examiners broken English and accent. When the exam ended, and the results were provided, my wife was immediately asked by the examiner if I wanted to take the exam again; and explained that there would be a discount if she paid for the second exam at that moment. Pushy sales tactics and fraudulent behaviour. Unfortunately, my wife was pressured into purchasing another exam, which is due in 2 weeks.

Very disappointed with ETS, taking advatage of others when they need support and guidance.

Très bon centre d’examen avec de très bons encadrants notamment Jean Pierre, qui a été adorable et rassurant.

Le procédé permettant de passer le TOEIC à distance est tout simplement hors sol, décourageant même pour un geek.
j'ai abandonné après avoir eu la chance d'avoir quelqu'un au fil, et mettre rendu compte de l'ineptie du process.

ETS à le quasi monopole pour valider le diplôme des grande école françaises, elle se permet d'inventer des règles les plus farfelus et malhonnêtes et faire repayer un passage.
Un service client qui ne répond pas

Mon test a crashé à et sauté 10 questions et le temps était trop court

Je ne recommande pas ETS GLOBAL pourquoi :
Les conditions pour valider l'examen sont inadmissibles : pas droit à un fauteuil ou de l'eau à boire ... 66 pages de prérequis à lire... facile après de trouver une raison pour ne pas produire les résultats. Cependant, après maintes problèmes avant, pendant et après l'examen, j'ai fini par avoir mes résultats après avoir dû renvoyer ma CNI par mail mais sécurisée par un filigrane (voir site du gouvernement). Les resultats sont mauvais. Mais je m'y attendais vu comment j'etais énervée après tout ça.

Extrêmement pénible et inefficace tout le processus de préparation avant le test.
45 mn avant que cela fonctionne.
A présent on me demande de justifier mon identité 4 jours après le passage du test.
Je ne recommande pas du tout cet organisme

Les locaux sont vraiment propres, et les deux personnes qui ont supervisé l'examen ont été incroyables : très à l'écoute et rassurantes
Grâce à leur bienveillance, j'ai pu passer mon examen en étant rassuré et beaucoup moins stressé.

J’ai passé mon TOEIC ce samedi matin 8h. Tout s’est bien passé. J’ai obtenu 790
En revanche le volume des camarades était beaucoup trop fort, ce qui était perturbant mais ne m’a pas déconcentrée.

Examens qui coutent excessivement cher ! Vous payez pour avoir une copie de vos résultats en version papier, qui n'arrive jamais.J'ai attendue 3 mois et rien, je les relance et ils ne font rien et si vous voulez vous faire rembourser impossible. C'est une honte, que les établissements supérieur français se basent sur cette institution. Vraiement une honte, je ne recommande pas. Payez 100 euros de plus et évitez les. Et pire encore, vous contacter le service client, qui met fin à la conversation alors que vous etes toujours entrain de parler avec eux. Bref A FUIR

Je suis la n-ieme victime de cet organisation. Je n'ai rien de nouveau à ajouter si ce n'est que j'entrepends de faire tomber cette organisation. Bien sûr tout seul ça parait mission impossible mais ceux et celles qui veulent se joindre à moi sont les bienvenu(e)s. Pour l'heure, je reflechis à la strategie qui permettra de porter un coup serieux à cette entreprise d'escrocs.
Navré pour ceux qui ont été avant moi. Et encore plus navré pour ceux qui seront victimes après moi.

Je tiens à dire que cette entreprise pour passer un TOEIC et d'une qualité plus que médiocre. Les liens qu'il envoie pour le passer ne fonctionne pas et leur service technique uniquement en Anglais et lorsque l'on répond au téléphone il y a jamais de solutions et pour annuler le rendez-vous c'est compliqué. Bref centre à fuir et service nullissime
