Attenzione ad Eurolanes

E basta!
Purtroppo stanno cercando in tutti i modi di censurare la mia recensione, non vogliono che la simpaticissima operaia Giu*ia Ghid0tti appaia con nome e cognome in chiaro. Vorrebbero come sempre che sia una anonima operatrice! Ho avuto la sfortuna di avere a che fare con questa azienda perché attendevo un pacco dall'America spedito tramite Aramex, di cui Eurolanes è partner per l'Italia. Purtroppo dal 1 Luglio 2021 in Italia è stata abolita la franchigia per il trasporto delle merci di valore esiguo sotto i 22 euro quindi per tutti i pacchi vanno pagati i dazi doganali. Forte di questo, la EuroLanes srl di Arcene (BG), per OGNI pacco in arrivo, applica la loro speciale tariffa, pari a 15 euro, per la gestione dello sdoganamento (in partica è la compilazione di un foglietto da portare alla dogana) che loro amano chiamare "spese di brocheraggio". Nel mio caso, per un pacchetto di 4,50 dollari di valore sono stato costretto a pagare ben 17,91 euro di spese per poter ricevere il pacco. Si perché alle mie rimostranze ha risposto l'impiegata Gi*lia Ghid0tti, che con il suo fare saccente, mi ha confermato che in caso di rifiuto il pacco sarebbe stato rispedito al mittente. Ma non basta, perché dopo la mia richiesta di poter compilare personalmente e in totale autonomia la dichiarazione doganale da presentare in dogana, mi ha risposto che in questo caso lo "spostamento" del pacco dal magazzino "merci da sdoganare" al magazzino "merci già sdoganate" avrebbe comportato un ulteriore lavoro al costo di 50 euro! Ben 50 euro per spostare un pacco! Insomma un bel ricatto, soprattutto perché non avevo chiesto io ad Eurolanes srl di fare la pratica di sdoganamento, ma lo aveva fatto il corriere Aramex. Ecco perché la stessa recensione verrà pubblicata anche per il corriere Aramex. L'operatrice Giul*a Ghid0tti ha anche dichiarato che i costi da me sostenuti sono dovuti anche dalla spedizione dal loro centro logistico fino al mio domicilio, grande menzogna, perché tale costo lo avevo già pagato ad Aramex in america dal mittente fino al mio domicilio per un importo di ben 176,73 dollari, come ben specificato nel contratto di trasporto tra me e Aramex.
Potete immaginare quanto siano aumentati i loro incassi dal 1 luglio 2021, per ogni pacco spedito con Aramex hanno addebitato la tangente di 15 euro per compilare un foglietto, soldi che auguro di tutto cuore spendano in medicine. State lontani da Eurolanes srl, non spedite con Aramex e se G*ulia Ghid0tti vi dovesse portare un curriculum datele una scatarrata in un occhio da parte mia.

A good 50 euros to move a parcel! In short, a nice blackmail, above all because I hadn't asked Eurolanes srl to do the customs clearance procedure, but the Aramex courier had done it. That's why the same review will also be published for the Aramex courier. The operator Giuli* Ghid0tti also declared that the costs incurred by me are also due to the shipment from their logistics center to my home, a big lie, because I had already paid this cost to Aramex in America from the sender to my home for a amount of 176.73 dollars, as well specified in the transport contract between me and Aramex.
You can imagine how much their collections have increased since July 1, 2021, for each package sent with Aramex they have charged the bribe of 15 euros to fill out a leaflet, money that I wholeheartedly hope they spend on medicine. Stay away from Eurolanes srl, do not send with Aramex and if G*ulia Ghid0tti should bring you a curriculum, spit in her eye for me

Eurolanes are scammers with customs clearence. They ask you to pay more and send private infos

the worst shipping company ever

the worst shipping company ever, they said they destroyed my package because they couldn’t find my address. pretty sure they took it by themselves. they could have also called me as they called me previously and i picked up too.
They also refused to pay me for the package that they had damaged instead they asked me to ask refund to the seller, when the seller hadn’t shipped no damaged items. i waited for the whole summer just to know that my package had been damaged. i have also seen alot of bad reviews on them, pretty sure they did same or they just charged more than needed. for me it was like 20€ and with Cash on delivery it was 25€ thank god i said that i was gonna do Cash on delivery. if i had paid for the delivery too, i’m pretty sure they would have taken the cash only through bank obviously and never refunded me for my damaged item and the delivery charge. My package alone was 70€ so they destroyed it, or they simply took it, who knows. Anyways somebody needs to sue them fr, for the charges that they’re taking and for destroying other people’s packages with no sense of shame. actually they don’t even deserve a star, since without a star it cant be valid so giving off a star just to write my experience with this shipping company.

No customer skills, no urgency, no idea!

I read the last review of a delivery in 2021 and three years later it is scarily similar. I received a notification from EUROLANES (express import , well that’s a joke!) that a delivery from ARAMEX was held in customs pending payment of importation taxes. This was on 18/12/24. The taxes amounted to €37 but the admin charge for handling it was €60!
I was asked to fill in forms, send ID and pay the €97. But nowhere in the documentation did it indicate the bank account to pay the duty.

I sent everything back on 19/12 urgently requesting the missing information as I wanted the delivery before Christmas. Despite several mails and attempted phone calls, I got no responses until the 7/1/25. I am STILL waiting for the requested receipt for the payment so I can request a refund from the seller.

On the phone I found them cold, rude and minimally helpful and certainly not apologetic for the delay.
The only reason they got 2 stars was because after I did send the monies ( as soon as I got the bank details) they did ship it immediately and I got the parcel within 24h. But still 3 weeks later than I wanted it!!

Ho dovuto pagare una ventina di euro…

Ho dovuto pagare una ventina di euro per sbloccare e fare consegnare un acquisto di meno di trenta euro... A saperlo onestamente avrei evitato l'acquisto...

20 euro to pay for a less then 30 euro purchase... So unfair...

EUROLANES, DPD, ARAMEX

Anche io mi sono fatto spedire a £34 da Londra un mio vecchio laptop. Ed il corriere italiano, o doganiere, Eurolanes. Neh dopo avermi contattato sulla mail, avendo anche il mio cell., ma troppo sforzo, mi hanno richiesto i dati(che già avevo dato, alla spedizione) e dopo varie correzioni, mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto pagare 134,..€ di dogana, alla mia domanda per cosa, nessuna risposta. spedizione il 20/09/2023 a 19/10/2023 ancora niente. Gli deve far sapere un'altra azienda che si chiama ARAMEX. Complimenti alla DPD che si affida a queste società
