I traded two TAG Heuer Carreras and Zack Botwick made it easy.

I sent a trade request on a Sunday evening and heard back from Zack the next morning. That same afternoon he put the watch on hold under my name and emailed me a prepaid FedEx Priority Overnight label. Once my watches arrived, he sent the watch I traded for overnight, and it was on my wrist Thursday, four days after my first message. It arrived exactly as described.

I was trading across the country with a dealer I had never used before. Zack kept the deal simple and kept it moving. I'd gladly work with him and EWC again, and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or trade a watch. Thanks again Zack.

I think this was the fourth purchase this year. Another amazing job by Chris Weiss here. Acquired the Omega Dark side of the moon. I had lots of questions and Chris answered them all and was nice enough to try in the watch for me and send me a video so I could gauge the size. Despite the listed dimensions it’s sits a little smaller on the wrist. Just what I wanted. Watch was perfect and just as described. I had the watch in hand 16 hours after I purchased it on line. I have purchased a couple watches from EWC and they have always been easy trouble free transactions. My most recent purchase I would say falls into the same category with a bit of a caveat. Somehow, during the shipping process my watch and a watch for another customer were mixed up and sent to the wrong buyer. This is where you might think the transaction went poorly, but in my opinion, this is where EWC actually shined. It isn’t when things go exactly as planned that you get a good feeling for a company’s culture. It’s when things go poorly and how they react to it where you truly find out what they’re made of. Sam from their fulfillment team went above and beyond in every aspect trying to correct this error. His communication was quick and thorough and his actions decisive and appropriate.
