I recently had a hallway door installed by Eurosteel, and I could not be more impressed. Every single staff member was exceptionally kind and attentive throughout the process. Even when I requested a high-quality finish, they responded with patience and genuine effort to meet my expectations. The entire project was completed with outstanding professionalism, and the final result exceeded anything I’ve experienced in over 30 years of home projects. This has truly been the most satisfying project of my life, and I would strongly recommend Eurosteel to anyone seeking excellence and care in their work.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this brand. First we had a faulty hose pipe that led to a leak that damaged our floorboards downstairs. This was within 12 months of purchasing the product. Since then we’ve had a two further issues with the water not draining inside 3 years of owning it.

Eurotech has since gone into liquidation and has been taken over by Trade Depot. Ben in the warranties team was very good but sadly couldn’t help me cover the 3rd time faulty dishwasher as they purchased the Eurotech business minus it’s liabilities. This is just bad luck my end and after reading online… dozens of others!

Honestly… if you are thinking about purchasing Eurotech products… Don’t and run as fast as you can. They are horrible and cheap and will cause you misery at every stage. This isn’t trade depots fault but if they are selling the same products as they have taken over… Then you can expect more of the same issues happening from their cheap quality. Do yourself the favour and pay a little extra and live a stress free life. The reviews littered online speak for themselves.

Acquired my eurotech washing machine in 1993. I recently changed the capacitor. Still running strong after 31years!

Moved to a new house which had a brand new eurotech dishwasher fitted into it. Our previous dishwasher didn’t fit in the prebuilt space so we kept the eurotech one but really wish we hadn’t. Within one week the rubber seal broke, our dishes are never fully clean, wet and have a bad smell even though we rinse our dishes prior and use the heavy mode with dry+ and rinse aid. We have resorted to hand washing pretty much everything because it is less effort than trying to get this dishwasher to work. We have emailed customer service and had no response. Terrible products, terrible company. If you buy a place and the developer has used them to be cheap - request new appliances or a fund to buy new appliances, do not accept eurotech ones.

Bought a Eurotech gas oven in Oct 2021, less than 4 months later the door fell off and smashed - faulty latches. Replaced with new door by technician. 8 months later it happens again, they blamed the technician who installed and so new glass door again. Few months later the door comes off the latches again, won’t close and will hit the ground when left, new latches again.
Tonight while cooking heard an horrible shattering sound coming from the kitchen - the inner glass of the door has shattered - all over dinner. Eurotech is absolute junk - don’t waste your money!

I had a Eurotech oven for many years and decided to replace it with the same one. I found the staff to be very attentive at their showroom and helpful. The oven was delivered promptly to me and had one minor lighting problem on one of the gas rings. This was promptly attended to by a local gas specialist after a phone call to them. I have also had speedy delivery of Wolf products and extractor fan replacement parts. All in all I would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future. They are easy to get hold of via fb or on the phone. Overall I cant fault them.

So, after posting a negative Google review 3 weeks ago about my new dish washer, which broke down before Xmas 2021, there was a reply to the review from Euro Tech the same day that they would like me to contact them and help out. I left a message with someone at their customer department when I tried to get hold of the person. Later that day all I got was a text on my phone from the company who Euro Tech uses to service their products(ESI), stating that the spare part was still 3-4 weeks away. This seems to be the way Euro Tech operates when looking at all the negative reviews. They sell way below average products and leave you hanging when they break down.
