From dropping the mobility car off for the service it was an easy process, 2 hours and it was all done, washed and vacuumed, free coffee machines and plenty of seating available which was great as we had to wait on site
Staff were very friendly, would recommend anyone take their vehicles there 😊

Only 1 as 0 stars is not an option. Absolutely discusting shady customer service/ business practices. State we will have the car out for you when you get fown in 90 minutes. Then get there sold it in the meantime.... then more lies.. I will never consider using EH again unless I find a trustworthy branch.

Car booked in for service and MOT, received email and courtesy call day before to make sure no problems , on day reception staff were friendly and efficient, received phone call when it was done, and even received on my phone a video by the mechanic of the inspection under the car.

Made the appointment, confirmed to me via email. Check in process was easy.
Service, MOT and some additional work were done in the same day.
Service reception was polite and friendly.
All issues on my car were fixed.
What more could you want.

Our car was picked up service done MOT completed. I was kept informed every step of the way. The car was then returned to me.

Just had my electric mokka in for its second service and as usual the service was carried out perfectly including a couple of minor issues that I informed the service ladies about on handing my car over. The ladies are all lovely and helpful as much as possible due to my disabilities and make sure I even get a more suitable chair for me to sit in while I'm there and bring my car as close to the door as it can be .5 star service and treatment from service staff as usual . It's a pleasure walking into the garage no matter what I go for him always treated with respect from everyone I come into contact with unlike other Vauxhall dealerships that use to be in Bradford thankfully that closing made it possible that I met the wonderful to meet Evans halshaw staff

Purchased the car 12 months ago (with recommended Warranty). Called today due to the Engine warning light. Firstly, there is a £150 diagnostics charge, and then there is a 2-3 week wait to get seen. Not ideal when the car has an engine warning light. Not worth using a main dealer if the service you get is so slow, costly and customer service communication was very poor.

We had our car picked up and dropped off at home, the person that came for it was lovely and friendly , it was picked up at the time that was stated and dropped off within a couple of hours. We were informed every step of the way .

Reasonable price MOT, great customer service ( staying in contact etc), vacced and washed the car out afterwards as well.

Bought a second hand car for my very heavily pregnant daughter, within 2 or 3 week the car started having intermittent clutch problems. Took it back they looked at it and said they can't find a problem. I said I'm not happy with the car having an intermittent problem so can we swap it for another car as my daughter needs a car that is right, the sakes manger said NO nothing they can do so take the car and just live with it. We are now starting complaint through the ombudsman so hoping they can sort it and make they take a car back that wasn't / isn't good to sell

Had to recently book in my new used car that I had bought from Evans Halshaw Peugeot. Repairs were done very quickly and the ladies on the service desk were very friendly. Just got a more serious matter that I am waiting for a response from the sales manager Alex.

Great interaction with reception staff under the difficult circumstances of internet issues in the local area. Despite this diagnostics still able to repay the car on the morning of our appointment.

Had issue with locking nut, booked in to check it out, arranged courtesy car for the day, sorted the issue and no fuss. Team on service desk were helpful and professional.

My Peugeot 308 was in for a service, booking was easy, staff were very helpful and friendly. I waited while my car was being serviced, and the receptionist came over with regular updates and offered me tea/coffee. Once complete, I was offered a service plan that will save me money in the long run.

No customer service skills! Miserable rude staff swearing and shouting at each other in front of customers. Never had such a bad experience at any dealership. Dread going there in the future.
