Easy to order, delivered quickly, easy ton assemble

Ordering was fine . Delivery was within couple weeks as promised . But no taps with the water butts. Finally got through after ringing many times. I asked if they able to send next day delivery as was getting someone to fit them the next day for me. They were not happy about me asking that & said if I had to get fitted couldn’t I use butt plugs to stop water comin out I said no cause there wasn’t any either !!!! So then agreed to send first class . 4/5 days later turned up and they had sent 2nd class surprise . Bear in mind I had to spend a lot of money with them. Unfortunately Won’t be again .

The delivery time was rather longer than I expected until I realised by referring to the website, that with ECO in mind, the deliveries appear to be made when there are more deliveries to be made in the area of the customer?

Although these took about a month to arrive I was aware of this when I ordered. I purchased the Cloudburst 200 Litre Water Butt Double Kit, I was initially going to purchase 1 water butt but because of the great price I ordered the double kit. I received my order about a week ago. They are easy to assemble. All prepared now for summer!

The lids to the new stock of bins not fitting correctly and if you add too much pressure the lid splits making it impossible to keep airtight

I contacted this company to ask for some suggestions of help on how to fix my water butt that had started leaking, that I had purchased from them four years ago. I received a helpful response and was reminded that the product was actually covered by a five year guarantee and that a replacement water butt would be sent out to me. The replacement was delivered by DPD a couple of weeks later. I was very impressed with their aftercare service.

Pleased with water butts, initially the lids were a little snug but they now move more freely, useful that the holes were pre-drilled. Delivery was not too long but very limited information on delivery, was told they had been dispatched and would arrive by end of the week but given no delivery company details or tracking information. They appeared at our front door on a Friday afternoon, delivery people didn't even knock on the door.

Easy Ordering, excellent product, made well.
Water butts are a good size as do not take much room up. Like the tops that mean an overflow is not needed, they just stop filling up when full.

It was exactly what I was looking for and the price and delivery were both very good. I will be starting another little project in the garden later this summer and will be using this company again especially with it being British. Maybe we should all start backing British companies a little more than we do .

Great Quality and customer service. I bought 2 Harcostar 227 Litre Grey Water Butt Kits, 3 years apart. Love the flat lid so you can disguise with plants on the top that trail down. I had a small problem, sent a photo and it was quickly rectified by customer services.

The 227L Harcoster water butt is good quality and we have quite a number of them. Evengreener offer it at a great price and with a great service.

Bought several items together, and received part of the order swiftly, albeit without notification of dispatch or delivery day/time so that I could plan to receive them. Then I left waiting with no further corresepondence once again re rest of order. Despite 3 emails to customer services asking if they had the remaining items in stock to despatch and when they would do so, or any other details re having to backorder, EvenGreener did not reply whatsoever and left me in the dark. Being left with no option by EvenGreener as to whether I should wait even longer or cancel the remainder of the order, I decided to take my business elsewhere to a more communicative customer friendly business, so I cancelled the remaining items. Bizarrely, EvenGreener responded almost immediately to that request and processed the refund without any explanation as to why the goods hadn't been dispatched or why they couldn't have kept me informed as equally expediently.
