Do not use this supplier. After having happily used other organic suppliers with consistently good produce and service, I decided to give Eversfield a try. They sent me the worst quality steaks imaginable - riddled with gristle which they tried to argue was ‘marbling’. The tiny steaks were trimmed to exactly the stated size, which must have taken real skill as so much good meat must have been trimmed to leave so much fat - one steak was 30% gristly fat.
If these steaks had been in the reduced section of a discount supermarket I still wouldn’t have bought them, and nor would anyone else. I wouldn’t give them to the dog.
They have told me they want me to be 100% happy but are offering me a 25% refund, which is not acceptable for inedible steaks. I am 100% unhappy and would recommend everyone to steer clear and use a reputable supplier instead.

Having been used to Gazegill organic beef mince I thought I would try Eversfield as they were cheaper with an introductory offer.

The Eversfield Organic Beef mince is not bad in terms of flavour however it is not as flavourful as the Gazegills Beef Mince. The Gazegills has much more depth and beefy richness to it. They must be using a better breed of cattle and/or age the meat in a different way.

I'll be returning back to Gazegills - it's worth paying a little extra for superior flavour

The lamb, beef, beef stock bones and marrow bones are first rate. The quality of this produce is wonderful and I intend to be a regular customer. Many thanks to farmers etc.

Excellent product , the best chicken breast in a long time. The chicken taste completely different than what you find in supermarket.I had ordered chicken wings chicken breast, beef bones to make broth. Everything was well packaged arrived on time. Organic and free range really does make a difference. I just thought it is at times a bit on the expensive side , but quality wise nothing to say.Perfect

Terrible experience I order a few kg of mince meet I set a delivery date for a week in advance , the parcle gets delivered to the wrong address bc they put the wrong label onto it then bc it’s been over 3 days now the meat isn’t good they offer me a measly £20 back from the £57 order absolutely disgraceful

Cannot rate service and quality and helpfulness enough.

Day before Christmas eve and I get the horrendous email to say DPD have damaged my package and I will NOT be getting my meat for christmas. Obviously distraught I called Eversfield and they sent me the exact products immediately and I still managed to recieve them christmas eve. Honestly an amazing achievement and the meat was delicious. Couldn't have wished for better service ( except from DPD ofcourse)

Amazing meat! I received my first box this week and I won't be buying anythibg else now. Delivered as scheduled, without issue. I am also able to freeze some of the meat which is really helpful!

I have had numerous dreadful experiences with their customer service in the past, and today was no different. They are extremely rude and abrupt. When you first phone them, there is a message on their answering machine stating that one of their friendly customer service representatives will be attending to you shortly. This is definitely not true; if they feel you're questioning something they dislike, they hang up on you and give no chance to ask another question. Furthermore, they deliberately do not answer the phone if they see your number ringing again. There is no one to complain to, as they handle complaints themselves. It's really a shame because I was a loyal customer for many years, but their customer service is a major let-down. It seems they don't care if they lose customers. It makes me wonder if the company is aware of their behaviour.

Well packaged items. Although I haven't cooked with the purchases yet, the chicken looks healthy and fresh.

And the organic chicken — absolutely delicious. You can genuinely taste the quality. It feels nourishing, clean and full of natural flavour. It’s wonderful to know the food comes from such high standards and ethical care.

Ordered our Christmas Turkey and additional meat/trimmings for the day. Delivery on time and kept up to date when it was arriving. It was absolutely wonderful. Such good quality. Will be ordering again soon and also this Christmas without a doubt.

Quality meat and trimmings. As a flexitarian, I rarely eat meat, when I do or am preparing it for my family- it’s important to me that the animals have been raised ethically and tastes great. Everfield always delivers. My family are happy and I always feel good that I have helped local farmers making the best produce available to me. The added extra touches of good condiments and amazing seafood for me is really convenient. I can always check my previous orders and explore new items on the easy house website.

The meat products I received in the box were all well packed, fresh and absolutely delicious!
I couldn’t fault a single thing, from ease of ordering, perfect packaging and prompt deliver on a day of choice.

The best haggis I’ve ever eaten.

Bought wild venison steak 7 of them, was existed to share it with the family but, they were all in bits with full of fat and veins hidden under neath and filled with large amount of brain.
Couldn't fry the meat the frying pan filled with induced fluid....
Please, please don't buy from this place.

Initially had a good experience, meat was good quality and good value. Then throughout the year the meat sent over was stinky, old and gone off. This happened quite a few times, we brushed it off the first few as we wanted to give benefit of doubt. We did complain, no reply. I come back to order again a few months later in winter, and all my points saved (maybe around £40) are expired. Overall we were subscribed and had nearly 10 orders. Unfortunate. Customer service only gave us 1000 points as "goodwill". Fml, don't order from here, Pipers farm is much better and fresher.

Top quality organic meat, everything we have had has been lovely and tender and tasty, we have had numerous orders and all have been of top quality, produce is always packaged well with their freezer packs keeping it cold
