I made a mistake when sending my mums ashes so I contacted them explaining what I did wrong and they was so helpful and sorted everything out and the ring is perfect and beautiful

Absolutely beautiful ring, very pleased with the quality. Great process, regular communications to advise of updates, highly recommended.

I had to wait 2 months for my ring to arrive due to not having my size at the time of ordering. However, when it arrived it was well worth the wait. Many people, including complete strangers have commented on it, unaware that its a memorial ring, they couldn't believe how elegant it looked and were really surprised when I told them what the flakes inside were.

When I placed my order, I had an email reply and receipt to say they have my order. I was kept updated with the progress of my order. I was also notified that my order had been dispatched and which carrier they used. Overall a very efficient and helpful process. I received my order at the exact time and date they had given me.

Had to wait a very long time as the necklace was out of stock but was very happy when I received it the engraving was beautiful was worth the wait .

The process was quick and easy, I was sent the collection envelope and managed to return it in less than 72 hours of ordering. I did get a little impatient waiting for my order to arrive, when i phoned the company to have an update they were very kind and compassionate. When the product arrived it was packaged well and the Necklace was beautiful, perfect for everyday use and not obvious that it contained ashes which is what I wanted.

Liked how it was easy to order and correspondence at the time was good. However, this was let down when after taking money and sending ashes was told item not in stock and would have to wait 8 weeks for new stock to arrive. Not happy as it would have been apparent when i ordered on line that the item was not available but this wasn't mentioned at time of ordering. No correspondence at all from Everwith . Only response I got was after waiting 9 weeks i emailed to what was happening with my order. Told then that I would be priority . I did arrive quite quickly after that and correspondence to tell me about despatched item and delivery. Not sure if item actually had the diamond dust I paid extra for included in it as it doesn't seem to sparkle. But not bothered to send it back as I don't want to lose my loved one after waiting so long for item. Wasn't even offended a discount for the inconvenience which any decent company would have done. Really disappointed with Everwith which is a shame as reviews show good service and it was up until the point of finding out my item was not available.
