Just received a set of 4 ramekins and one was broken.
Maybe could have packaged it a little better. Other than that no problems.

The containers were EXTREMELY well packed with multiple layers of bubble wrap. We've been very disappointed with other vendors (Amazon, I'm looking at you!), so this experience was much appreciated! The items came completely as advertised; based on this, I can without hesitation recommend EK for kitchen related stuff.

So far I’ve purchased from your website Twice and both times it was a great experience. So many wonderful items to see that I’ve never seen before. Quick shipping ( very important). Now instead of going to Amazon first I’ll go to your website. The perfect name for this website, you really do have every kitchen need.

I used the mixed today! I was very pleased with it. Need to work with the other mixing paddles and know when to use which one, but it is self explanatory. Love the new mixer.

I placed an order for a toaster oven from Everything Kitchens because I wanted to buy from what they claim to be is a small family owned business. I received the tracking number for my oven and lo and behold it is being shipped by Amazon. When I contacted customer service, they claim that all of their merchandise comes out of their MO warehouse, and Amazon is only handling the shipping for them. I don't believe this to be true because after doing some research, it turns out that they maintain a storefront right on Amazon. This is why I believe that my oven is not coming from a warehouse for Everything Kitchens, but instead is coming straight out of one of Amazon's warehouses. I did not want to purchase this from Amazon. In fact, I could even have gotten it cheaper via Amazon, but I wanted to support a private business, and NOT the giant Amazon. But now, I still have to have Amazon forced upon me. I'd like to just return the oven when I do get it, but per the return policies, they won't pay the return shipping when you 'change your mind'. So I'd have to pay the return shipping if I want to return it. Now that I know they are involved with Amazon, I will never purchase from Everything Kitchens again. Their selling practices are deceitful and I feel like I have been scammed!
