Terrible customer service, took forever to ship my order then accused me of possible fraud after a week with no explanation, provided all proof of payment nd id and still no answer as to when clothes will arrive, just overall terrible experience.

I received an email saying my order had been delayed so I checked on here and see alot of negative reviews. To cut a long story short my order was late by two days but everything was in the order as promised. So other than being two days late it was perfect.

Horrible experience still waiting on a package I ordered 2 weeks ago shipping takes super long and the urgency to get packages are not there. I was told my package arrived in NY 2 days ago and yet I still haven’t received any tracking info I keep messaging customer service and they keep resending the same message I will never buy anything from there again.

Pur based a jacket for £215 in the sale for my birthday party yesterday to have something cool to wear. I got the product a few weeks ago and tried it on and wore it to the shops just took ages to get the zip to work. Took it off then next time when I went to put it on the Zip jammed. I took it to my dry cleaners who also fixes clothes and he said it's totally broken and will cost around £65 to put a new zip on. So I emailed them straight away and now 22 days later they still haven't responded other than an automatically generated response but that took 2 weeks and they saod wait 5 days but that expired last week and I had to buy something else to wear this weekend. Evisu is my favourite fashion brand past 25+ years and have spent 10s of thousands on their range in my life but their website business is dodgy as hell. I baught some jeans online 2 years ago that had the blue evisu symbol in plastic on the back 2 pockets and that came off after only a few washes and they never refunded that. Perhaps the stuff online is fake as the items I've purchased in high street stores has always been high quality. Gutted to have wasted £215 and £303 in 2 purchases now and the customer service is non existent. Avoid this site!!

Visited the Evisu store last weekend. This was supposed to be one of my highlights during my stay in Tokyo. What a bad experience it turned out to be. Staff was arrogant to the max and the fit of the jeans where small. Not like the new wide fashion. But that can happen. That the staff member was very arrogant and totally not interested in selling me something was the saddest thing. Can’t believe the owner of Evisu would appreciate this behavior. But, kept my money and bought a pair at Momotaro in Kyoto. There I found people with the same love for denim as I do. So, my advice, go to Momotaro and leave Evisu for what it is.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EVISU! I’ve received my denim jacket that clearly has bad stitching and marks all over it. I’ve been in contact with Evisu who are based in HONG KONG and have sent pictures of the faulty item but they are refusing to accept that it’s faulty. They are now telling me I must pay £48 to return the item back to them. I’m currently CHARGING BACK my item through KLARNA and going down that route.

This is a review about the quality of their t-shirts and also customer services. This is my first time buying anything from EVISU and I will never buy from the company again. First the quality of the material of what I bought is just standard material, and not reflective of the price.

I spent over £250 on 3 t-shirts expecting the t-shirts to be thick, heavy and of a luxurious feel (like some less expensive other brands. I have £40 t-shirts that feel and look better quality). These EVISU t- shirts unfortunately do not match the very high price tag, one of which was over £100! The material is not of particularly high quality, quite thin, and I guess they will not fit well or look good after a few washes. The embroidery on the design, however, is nice!

Overall I’m very disappointed but to send these items back will cost me the return postage to China, which I had been quoted to be over £40. Additionally customer services have been unhelpful, I’m still waiting for response to my email for over a week! With only 14 days to return items, it really isn’t good enough to not receive an immediate reply. My time has now lapses to return the items. Finally I have read the additional terms of returning items,
and the information states any items in the sale or discounted etc, can only be returned for a gift voucher. I received a small discount for joining the mailing list, so from what I understand I would not have ben able to receive my money back to the original payment method. Unbelievable. I asked customer services the question but didn’t receive a reply in time before the 14 days return window (to China) lapsed.

I’m really disappointed, I won’t be buying from this company again.

I really like some of the Evisu stuff I used to buy from the outlet store near where I lived in Asia.
Now back in the UK I have purchased several items from Evisu.com the last order had a 50% discount + another 10% for Black Friday I ordered on Friday night & it was delivered Wednesday morning from HK!
I did have an issue on a previous order with an item held up in customs but that was HMC problem Evisu service was pretty good & gave me a credit for the delay. There were no charges or anything like some other reviews mentioned just a slight delay.

Great quality, quirky, attention to detail and sooo different. Speedy delivery. Absolutely love the Sherpa jacket.

Bought a nice Evisu t-shirt, it came with in the 7 days stated, actually took 3 days, great company nice, quality clothing

Unless you pay attention to their returns policy, one would assume that you'd be able to return any items to a uk address right? No! You'd need to spend a minium of £35 to return it to an address in Hong Kong. This is despite them sending goods from a uk warehouse. (asking for their returns process and payment for their returns label takes at least a few days of email exchanges as they seem to only respond to your email once a day). What a joke. The time and risk associated with returning goods to another country is beyond dumb. Anyway, buy with care!

Some of the items from them are great. Sizing is a bit off. I recently bought 2 pairs of jeans. Once worn it was evident that the material is cheap denim which stretch’s as the day goes on and I look like I’ve s**t myself by the end of the day. Not impressed at all after paying all that money for them. And now worn cannot be returned.

I recently bought a jacket from the previous season from Evisu. They kept the jacket in stock even though it was no longer listed in the main section of the site, which I was really pleased with. My package arrived on time and they even let me change my address promptly after I wrote a type in the street name.

They let me buy an item, messed up my shipping address about 3 times, and then cancelled and refunded my order a few days later because it was "out of stock". It was in stock when I purchased the item. I feel cheated by Evisu and they wasted a ton of my time having to verify my shipping address. When I purchased the item, it was "low in stock", not out of stock. Evisu support SUCKS, and the Evisu store sucks for letting me buy an item that was in stock and then cancelling my order.

Measurements of jeans are off. Shipment comes from Hong Kong, I had to pay for the shipping to HK to make an exchange. Ridiculous.

I bought a lot of items from their online shop, quick delivery in UK, excellently packed - fair prices for quality, product is superb! I had to do a couple of exchanges, which wasn't the easiest of processes/experiences, but CS team were helpful. Worth the little pain for the items I wanted ;)

Awful delivery! You will end up spending a whole lot more if you deliver to the UK. Not only did I pay a delivery charge but also a customs release charge of upwards £100 when contacted Evisu (expect 4 days for a response) they pointed me in the delivery section on the .com website. Small print! You should inform customers once order placed at checkout. I will not be spending anymore 1000s on this brand. Stay away!

Have bought Evisu jeans for the last decade and love them. Recently ordered a pair from them and there was a stocking issue, thought I was going to end up with a disappointing experience. Let's just say the outcome was way better than I could ever have expected. Shaun in customer service was exemplary and Evisu are a shinning example of what a large company is capable of when they dedicate themselves to fantastic customer service.

I can only recommend the evisu.com shop if you are looking for new Evisu stuff. Fair prices, good service and fast shipment, what more can you wish of a webshop?
