Depending on which customer service employee you speak to depends on the level help you receive. On 2 out of 3 occasions the employees were not helpful in resolving the issue I had, they did not use customer friendly lingo, and they made the whole situation more confusing. However the third person I spoke to was extremely helpful and straight forward, making this review 2 stars instead of 1.

Quickly answered question and sorted out query very efficient

Very poor response from customer service .my payment was on hold from last 1 month due to change of bank account,I called evo so many times staff always say you will receive payment asap ,still waiting from last 2 weeks ,half of my staff left job due to no payment received .absolutely shocking customer service ,i would never recommend someone to use them,my business is struggling badly because of them .i had to close my store because no payment received from Evo .my day to day operation completely disturbed .

The Gentleman that handled my call was fantastic he made sure I fully understand what I had to do and what was going to happen, he was very patient

Evo Payments make card payments simple and cost efficient.

They were the best price on the market and dont have hidden charges like most which was attractive to me after being stung for PCI non-compliance by Worldpay.

Cannot recommend them more highly.

Three days? I assume you meant someone would contact me this year?

So I asked you to remove my email (which someone is using incorrectly) and you contact the person who is using the email (inappropriately) and ask them if it's ok to continue to use an email that is not theirs. See first note. I would give you less than zero for a rating. Who would possibly trust you with their personal information.

The person I spoke to was so nice and really understanding , he took on board every thing I said

Real customer services and someone you can call. We have been using EVO payments for many years and Dawn is always available to help us. We needed a 2nd card reader and it arrived in days and also got another great rate on our transactions.

Cian was very helpful, know his stuff, including tech aspects of the terminal terminal.
Answered all my quires well.

Sally Ann was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Made the whole transfer from my existing supplier to Evo payments very smooth and hassle free, she managed to offer me very good rates and even took time to help install the machine to my requirements.
