I have to say that dealing with Ewatchparts was very satisfying. The site is ways to use and my purchase experience was nice. Quickly received my strap and immediately put it on. Feels great. Esthetically pleasing and very comfortable.

I ordered a link for a Rolex ref. 116264 and it was identical to the Rolex ones. Shippings was fast. I did have to polish the link pin to get it to fit in the rolex link. I would most definitely ordered again.

I recently ordered a replacement watch strap for my Hublot Big Bang and placed my order with Apple Pay, only to discover that they added £12 to my order for delivery, right at the last second, as a pressed pay. As I had not used Apple Pay for years online, I noticed that my address details were incorrect and tried to stop the payment from going through. As the payment was processing, I could not do this. I contacted Ewatchparts within seconds of making the payment by email. No response. I contacted them again and again. No response. I eventually did get a response hours later, from a very rude person named Gerard, saying that my package had been sent, and next time I should cancel the order as they are too busy to read emails. NEXT TIME ? I have contacted DHL and as Ewatchparts do not allow customers to redirect parcels, they are the only ones that can change delivery addresses, to which Ewatchparts have refused to do. I am now out of pocket and will not receive my goods, when it would clearly have taken this company a matter of minutes to change the delivery address. I fully believe that as they knew that my address was incorrect, that they will not even send the goods in the first place.
