Casa Limpia in Mallorca is a beautiful villa in a great location. The communication and help from Exceptional Villas was wonderful. Thais,Elaine and Aurelia answered all our questions and got back to us in a timely manner. We loved our week at the villa. The pool area and view was magnificent. The house is very spacious and comfortable for our family of 12.

We had such a wonderful stay at Tortuga D8 and I really couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate my birthday with friends.

The villa was beautiful, but honestly, the staff were what made the trip so special. Julio, our butler, was amazing and took such great care of all of us. Our chef and housekeeper were wonderful as well, and Andres, our on-site concierge, was incredibly helpful coordinating everything during our stay. Everyone was so warm and accommodating, and my friends kept commenting on how well we were being taken care of. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and gift, which was such a thoughtful touch and really meant a lot to me.

The food at the villa was great, and having the staff there made our trip feel incredibly easy and relaxing. Our private boat day was another highlight—we had a great time snorkeling and at the sandbar.

We also really enjoyed the restaurants that were recommended for us. Playa Blanca, Jellyfish and Noah Marina were all great choices and each offered something a little different. Noah was definitely our favorite. The variety of food was great, everything we had was delicious, and the staff were wonderful. It was the perfect choice for my birthday dinner.

Dannyele, our concierge with Exceptional Villas, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire planning process. There were a lot of moving pieces with nine of us, including different flights, groceries, meals, transportation and activities, and she made coordinating everything so easy. By the time we arrived, everything had come together beautifully.

It was a fantastic trip from beginning to end, and I would absolutely book with Exceptional Villas again.

The staff of Exceptional Villas is really great, Aoife and Julie responded every question quickly and very detailed. In the reservation process and when looking for activities in our destination (Zermatt) they made reservations, confirmations and recommendations for our group and considered that we were traveling with small kids.
We have traveled to different destinations in the US, France, Italy and Croatia where we have stayed in Villas or houses and this time with Exceptional has being the best.

The team at Exceptional Villas is fantastic! Thais worked with me over email and phone to find the very best property for our needs. She patiently advised regarding island neighborhoods, villa locations, and she had firsthand knowledge of nearly all the villas. The process was smooth and so helpful. After booking Aurelia helped me with restaurant recommendations then secured dinner reservations for every night of our trip.

Beautiful villa on the beach in a great location. Close to Holetown for shops and restaurants. Organisation prior to our arrival was first class and staff on arrival welcoming and friendly.
