We had our windows and doors replaced with their triple glazed products a couple of months ago. I wanted to wait a few months before I wrote a review. I am over the moon with their price and service. The installation engineers were top notch and the difference in heat retention is very noticeable. We'll done guys I appreciate excellent service. Thanks.

We contacted Exclusive shortly after moving into our house as we saw an advert for them in a local community magazine - either that or found them on the internet as being local to us. We badly needed a new conservatory roof. Another local firm who came to quote said they would only do the whole conservatory as "they couldn't guarantee that the existing sides would support the new roof" and quoted an astronomical price for a new conservatory. Exclusive made no such fuss, measured up and quoted a perfectly reasonable price. The fitting took place when they said it would, in the three days they said it would take and it fits perfectly. It has been put to the test with a number of heavy prolonged downpours and is totally watertight. They also fitted a patio door where several panes had trapped moisture - again, no issues.They were knowledgeable and easy to deal with and the fitting team were efficient and diligent - heck one of the guys even brought us two enormous marrows from his vegetable patch. We like our conservatory so much now it's where we spend the most time indoors! They'll certainly be our go to window fitters as long as we stay in the area.
