Booked a cruise on the river in Gold Coast. It said in the description that it was supposed to be 90 min long and snacks in it. We went to the cruise and it was finished in 60 mins and no complimentary drinks/snacks. We went to complain to the lady in the ticket booth and she apologised and said that she can’t do anything cause we booked through you guys. So very disappointed as we only booked that cruise cause it was supposed to be 90 mins and with drinks/snacks.

We booked our Gumbuya World tickets through Experience Oz and the experience was excellent. The website was easy to use and the checkout process was straightforward. I really liked that they offer occasional discounts and allow you to skip the queues. Having the option to pay with Afterpay was an added bonus. Overall, it was a very convenient and worthwhile way to purchase tickets.

I purchased a combo ticket for four attractions, expecting a smooth and well-organized process. However, when I arrived at the park entrance, I was unable to enter because I was never sent the barcode tickets.

Instead, I only received a reference number, which is not accepted at the park gate. As a result, despite having paid in full and being physically at the park, I was denied entry.

To make matters worse, I have been waiting for over 30 minutes at the entrance while the team “tries to resolve” an issue that should never have happened. Sending a valid ticket with a barcode is the absolute minimum expected after a purchase like this.

This lack of organization and support caused stress, wasted time, and frustration, especially while traveling with a planned schedule.
I do not recommend this website and would not purchase from them again.

Tickets prices are cheaper than other company and very straight forward purchasing tickets online.

I would strongly recommend Jet Ski Safaris to anyone wishing to have a jet skiing experience on the Gold Coast. They went above and beyond with fantastic service, before, during and after our jet skiing experience. Great company and even better people.

Didn't like that we purchased through Experience Oz as a gift to my mother who is not technologically proficient. She tried to book direct to the provider and they informed us we needed to book via Experience OZ and a further request would go through, so I then had to create and account and do the setup for my mum, request the booking and then chase with the provider to see if the booking had arrived.

Captain/Owner is a great humorous guide who shared lots of life stories with us. Our kid learned a great deal about crabs and oysters. However it is a shame we couldn’t do yabby pumping due to king tide. Wish we could be informed earlier so we can come at another day.
Also hand written oyster price was cheaper than restaurant menu price and was told at pay time that they forgot to update it.

Bonus $25 off your first experience just great

Out of the $54 spent on vouchers which only gave $40 discount on the mini golf experience or under half price for 2 I'm seriously underwhelmed. I went to click on vouchers several times, which wouldn't allow me to but luckily the print one did work. Not fussed about your site nor bargains! Leave that to hapless overseas tourists in future hey?

I had trouble getting my tickets in my email but the staff were attentive to the issue once I told them and they kept trying to fix it untill my tickets came through. So thank you!!!! :)
