Spoke to a lovely lady this morning who sorted it all out, happy days.
Payment failed to go through. 3rd time lucky using a different card. The original 2 are "pending" on my bank statement.
Don't feel confident using this company in future.
Will try to call tomorrow and sort it out, hopefully.

Delay in reply for purchased tickets
We purchased 2 adult tickets for the 2 day special at Dreamworld.
I put the incorrect email, I realised when my son did not recieve his tickets.
I emailed immediately the same day and we did not get a reply for atleast 4 days, then we finally recieved an email with the tickets but cannot open the tickets.
Have emailed again but we still have not had a reply.

Got to the place I had paid a $50 ticket for they told me that the ticket had not been approved by experience oz and I had to pay for another ticket… which was $25 at the door hahah still haven’t got my $50 back ):

Very laid back team who looked after us really well, with ve r y comfy equipment. We had a fantastic time, LOVED the fast boat rides to and from Dunk.
My partner would have liked more time snorkelling but for me it was just right.
