Shocking that this company can even be allowed to exist. I needed my test for a particular date and never got the results. Happily a friend who is a chemist bailed me out. I applied twice for a refund and have just been ignored. Wish I'd read the reviews first, and I'm pleased they've been removed from the government "recommendation" webpage, which obviously only contained a long list of names of companies and had nothing at all to do with recommendations. These people are scammers. It's easy money for them. Avoid at all costs!

well on going through my acounts i noticed that they had took the payment on my card but had took it 4 times on the day now ther not returning emails or answering the phone they owe me nealy £300 im going to go to a small claims court as its past the time that my bank can deal with this matter stay away from them

Ordered pre departure and arrived great but no QR code. It says open 24hrs but its not and web chat not open either. Dissapointing...scam!

Used this service twice for 2 separate holidays. October 2021 and March 2022. Postal tests arrived on time and test results provided in timescale required. Fast efficient service, would use again. Yes I recommend for low cost testing when needed.

This is truly awful and seemingly quite dishonest company. You could be lucky and get what you ordered and have the results on time, but do you really want to take the risk with this outfit?
In December, 2021, the kit failed to arrive. I complained and when I eventually got through on the phone they said I had to write and request a refund. Instead of a refund that I requested, they tried to deliver a replacement day 2 and day 8 testing kit more than one week after I arrived back in the UK! I refused delivery. They tried again to deliver a kit but I refused delivery again. What's the point of providing a replacement kit after the day 2 and day 8 testing period has passed? It's like selling a ticket to a sports game or an event after the event is over FGS!....It's too late Expert Medicals.......!!!! Don't you ever try and cheat me again....
I could never ever reach them by phone again after the first time I called them, despite 7 further attempts. You are left on hold for about 20 mins, then the call abruptly cuts off.I strongly suspect they automatically monitor numbers and purposefully never answer once that know that caller had a problem with them.
In the end had to get the credit card company to do a "chargeback refund". Save yourself hassle - pay more money and avoid this bunch of amateurs like the plague!

Disgraceful service, after 6 (SIX) days test still not processed.
DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF YOU WANT A TEST FOR TRAVEL.
Now confirmed that test will arrive tomorrow, why didn't the customer service adviser know that.

PCR test day 2 sent via a tracking number from Royal Mail.
The test was delivered on 03/05 based on the tracker.
The lab keeps telling me they didn’t receive it.

Don’t bother with them, they are cheap for a reason, you will never get your results. Total waste of money.

I ordered two PCR tests (Day 2 & Day 8) from this organisation and never received them. I tried to contact them by all avenues; phone calls, emails, website messages and online chat but received zero response! Please avoid! It is a scam!

Thankfully I received replacement PCR tests from NHS and eventually got my money back from the bank after disputing the transaction.
Didn't think to check reviews when they were listed as a government approved COVID-19 testing provider!! (which they were later removed from!)

I used them for my Day 2 test when flying to UK from Spain in September 2021. They were the cheapest around and had delightfully horrendous reviews, sounding ideal for what we all knew was the biggest government sponsored racket in history. EM's service was 100% with kit, emails and certificate all arriving exactly as promised. Their faultless service was irritating given that I really wanted to stick two fingers up at the UK government scam artists.

I ordered 3 kits for the family, sent them off and only got results for one. I complained and got a ‘free’ test which I used and sent off and never heard back. So, one out of 4. Useless. Avoid.

SO bad their services. I didn't get my result from a PCR and they said a bunch of different reasons why I was receiveing it, but no one made sense.

Their order number was rejected by UK Gov, but they not willing to refund.

We have used Expert Medical twice now once in September last year and once in January this year and still waiting for the results it is just a money scam because the government made it compulsory to return to the UK i phoned to the complaints department and I was told i would be contacted within the next 24 hours i am still waiting after 4 weeks they should be investigated and made to refund the money back to the customers and then shut down.

Posted the test on day 2, now is day 7 of quarantine and still didn't received anything... Dirty money scam

Expert Medical should not be in business. My wife and I purchased 2-day arrival tests for entering the UK. When we came to do our tests, one of the items in her test pack was missing. We immediately called Expert Medical who said they would post a new kit. One week on it has not arrived. We called again and were told it must be the post. Unlikely.
My own test kit was complete and I tested covid-negative. However, the EXMED site would not allow me to file the result because, it said, I must use Google Chrome. I was using Google Chrome. I tried several times - same problem.
These tests are a legal requirement for people arriving in the UK. This kind of service makes a mockery of all the trouble and hardship people have experienced during the Pandemic

Sent off my day 2 test along with a covid blood test to another company, same time and post office. Had the blood test back within 24 hrs but still nothing from Expert Medical. Total waste of time and money.

Whilst the ordering and delivery procedure was very good I am disgusted by the fact that they returned a negative day 2 test when a lateral flow taken the day before and an nhs pcr (taken at the same time) both showed a positive result. Had I depended upon the day 2 result from Expert Medical I would have been infecting members of my family and the community at large. When questioned Expert Medical claim that their result was correct

Saw comments on Facebook that this company was a scam. Completely unfounded! Tests arrived by return of post; declared results of test and confirmation certificates received within 2 hours, no problems

I've used expertmedical a few times (probably at least 5 times over the past year or so) for my day 2 + 8 PCR tests. The first few times everything went smoothly and I received my results within 2 days. The two more recent times the day 2 results took longer than 72h, however when I contacted them the result came within the day. This wasn't much of an issue for me as I was in quarantine anyway. The day 8 tests came back early morning on day 11, so I could end my quarantine as planned. I really appreciate how affordable they are and that they have lowered their prices
