Ordered a Birthday cake and a bouquet…
Ordered a Birthday cake and a bouquet for my brother's birthday on Jun 8, 2022. First of all they did not deliver the bouquet (even today), Next they messed up the wordings on the cake.
Contacted them multiple times thru whatsapp and no one seemed to be bothered to respond. They don't have the basic courtesy to apologize for the mess up and missing delivery. I demand a full refund of my order.
I will not recommend them.

Hello Sai Manasa, sorry for the inconvenience caused on your order, upon examning the order, on the scheduled delivery date the hyderbad region is in Flooding situation where we cannot risk delivery boys to make the order fullfill, upon the circumstances we updated regarding the reschedule, also regarding the size of Teddy no where it was mentioned XXL, it was clearlly mentioned small size, its beyond the expectation for XXL size to fit in a Small Bakset, also as token of compensation for delay in delivery we attached a complimentary soft toy along with the order.
Order product was: https://www.expressluv.com/products/sweet-teddy-chocolate-flowers-surprise?_pos=1&_sid=2988e5937&_ss=r, kidnly re-check the description of the product
Thanks and once again sorry for the delay which casued due to heavy rains in Hyderabad region.
