Quality of product good, but one of the fitters broke a garden planter and neglected to inform me. They also broke a pane on one of the windows, which I accept can happen to anyone, but when I arranged an appointment to have it replaced, I was not informed that I had to book a call to let me know when the fitter would arrive. I have never had to do this with any other company, it's always been done as standard, as a courtesy.

Two man team arrived on time got straight onto the job. Very clean working everything cleared away at the end of the job. Nice polite team would highly recommend them. Thankyou

I am pleased with my new conservatory roof. The job was done as per the agreed schedule over two days. The fitting team turned up on time worked hard and cleaned up after. The lads were always happy to answer any questions I had.
Since the job was completed I have noticed a few minor issues. I have a small drip from a gutter joint. The box gutter is holding water, ie no fall, so this may leak in the future and the joints are within my conservatory. The other issue is that my house tiles have not gone back as they came off to fit the box gutter. I have had to fill the gap at one end with pipe insulation to stop water ingress under my tiles. I will take up these issues with EYG in due course.

Well happy with the window's and quality so get 5, what i was disappointed with was curtains been wripped down not taken down braking rails and ripping curtains, i had no idea of my requirements so it's my fault they weren't taken down but the mess and damage i didnt expect, so that will be a two

We just wanted to drop a note of appreciation to say how pleased we are with the recent instillation of our new windows and doors.

We were especially pleased with the hard work and professionalism of the two window/door fitters, Callum and Andrew, what a fantastic job they have done.

EYG were very patient and helpful when our conservatory was delayed due to problems with underground gas pipes which required moving - TWICE! The guys were quietly efficient and competent - but I need to bill the company for the tea they drank (smile emoji). The only problem was the leaks we had in two different places when during this year's torrential downpours the gutter overflowed and leaked in. Ian at Hull was very apologetic and quickly sent out teams to recify this.
Overall excellent customer relations and workmanship.

The two guys who fitted my new patio doors did a excellent job and left no mess. The new doors are excellent and I have noticed a real benefit during the recent cold weather 👍

Front door looks great, the chap who fitted the door was very good and efficient when he fitted the door.

Pleased with windows although I felt the price jumped up since the last ones we brought last year.

Bifold doors. We purchased some bifold doors blind really as the salesman could not provide us with any pictures/brochures of the product. However we agreed to buy these. We were told that there would be a sixteen week wait for these which would have been February; however, they were fitted two months early. We requested that these should be fitted with internal handles only but when they came there was an exterior handle also fitted. On reflection, this may be good as it does mean that if the door closes accidentally from the outside we can still get in! The salesman did not include an indoor cill which was pointed out by the surveyor when he came to do the final measuring. However, after some discussion, this was supplied. The two guys who fitted the doors were excellent. They worked efficiently and left the area looking really tidy afterwards. On the whole we are pleased and look forward to making full use of these when the weather turns warmer!
