Keith was a pleasure to deal with, I bought 5 pieces of furniture from him. He was very courteous and helpful. I will be back to purchase from him again. I collected the furniture from the warehouse and could not say the same about the warehouse staff. 4 of them stood around looking at me when I called to collect the 5 pieces. They are not on the ball at all. No interest in their work at all.

Aga was amazing, she is such a sweetheart. She helped my husband and I with the delivery dates and applied all available discounts to lower the price as much as possible. We were able to get a lovely bed and mattress for our new home which I’m delighted about. She provided stellar service and I commend her for that. Thank you, Aga! 🩷😄🏡✨

Myself and my husband went to EZ living today to buy a dining table. We met a lovely man called Kieth. He was so helpful. Showed us what was upstairs, then took us to the clearance section to see if we spotted anything there. We settled on a table that we had seen upstairs, but wanted the oval version. This was no problem to order. Will have to wait a bit, but worth it for the service and advice.

Pleasant and knowledgeable member of staff that we met as we were browsing the store. Peril was her name. We left the store for a time and when we returned she came to complete the sale even though she was on lunchbreak.

Ordered a 3 seater sofa and after a year and 4 months it completely collapsed. They sent out someone to check the drop on the cushions and said that was standard after a year. Now another 6 months later my back is in complete agony. It was the most uncomfortable sofa. It’s a terrible pity they don’t look after their customers, not by sending a contractor. I would never buy off them again. They could have solved this by giving me proper cushions to put in to the covers but no they just washed their hands of it

Aga was wonderful! The process of trying to find a suitable sofa can be stressful but her expertise and knowledge of interiors was really lovely.

The ease in which we could find what we were looking for and the excellent customer service ,especially Eugene at sales in the Pouladuff shop.He was so helpful and attentive to our needs and equally put no pressure on us .
He also kept us informed of delivery and assembly appointment after the sale.
The delivery and assembly staff were excellent .Well done to all,we will definitely recommend Ez living .

I dealt with staff in both Mahon Point and Pouladuff re dining chairs. They were super to deal with and went above and beyond to help me. Even though my closest store is Little Island I would have no hesitation to travelling to either of these two stores over Little Island due to more approachable/welcoming staff and better customer service.

Leo was very knowledgeable about the store's stock and was able to show me the best options available based on the criteria I gave and what I was looking for. I will be to return when furnishing a room again.

I called into Pouladuff store at lunchtime to purchase a mattress. I had an idea of the one i wanted to get. I spoke with Leo and he confirmed my decision too. He was both helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely deal with him again.

We had a fantastic experience with EZ Living Furniture. The store layout is great, making it really easy to browse and see everything properly, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.

A special mention to Eugene, who was absolutely brilliant and made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. We bought our sofas and were really impressed with the entire process, from choosing them right through to the purchase.
