The online tool for making the photobook was pretty user friendly and intuitive. Postage was good. The two disappointments were that the colours were off (often feeling muddy) and the banding across solid colours. Would not shop here again.

I have been using fabness for a while now and find that they communicate really well and are happy to please. I have only had to request a replace twice in this time. Whilst I love the albums and the ease of use on the computer creating them I wonder about the quality control before they send them. My recent album was badly damaged on arrival (not the packaging), the cover and back inside cover obviously hadn’t been checked over. They were fabulous and immediately replaced it. I have now received my replacement. The inside is perfect, but the cover still has marks and blemishes on it which is disappointing. Which is why I only gave four stars. I was leaning towards three stars but they are really nice to deal with. I suspect the albums are outsourced which means they don’t actually have control over the quality that is sent. So I’m a little disappointed because my first albums 2022-23 were much better quality. Not sure what has changed.

2nd year of using this company for our teams end of season photo books as gifts. Always amazing quality. They’re easy to deal with and orders are processed quickly and shipped. They’re packaging for shipping is great too, to ensure no bends or dents.

The picture was great but StarTrack broke the frame and I had to get my builder to make a repair. I suggest you put fragile on the package and further don’t use StarTrack as couriers

I love your calendars. Just one thing, the spiral binding slips out quite easily and it’s too difficult to put back in.

Fast delivery

The photos seems clear and good quality but very dark, on some photos it’s impossible to see my son’s light blue eye colour , they appear almost black.

There were a few issues for me when making a portrait canvas, I was unable to crop or stretch my portrait to incorporate the entire canvas. So had to incorporate much more back ground which I didn't really want to.
but other than that I was happy with the result.
